Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penyertaan modal pemerintah daerah terhadap profitabilitas, dan pengaruh penyertaan modal pemerintah daerah terhadap profitabilitas melalui kinerja pelayanan pada PDAM di Indonesia selama tahun 2014 – 2016. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 114 PDAM selama tiga tahun dengan total 342 sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Penyertaan modal pemerintah daerah dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan nilai buku penyertaan modal pemerintah daerah terhadap PDAM, profitabilitas diukur menggunakan Return on Equity (ROE), dan kinerja pelayanan diukur menggunakan jumlah skor kinerja pada aspek pelayanan. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian statistik analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software SPSS 23 menghasilkan bahwa penyertaan modal pemerintah daerah berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan penyertaan modal pemerintah daerah melalui kinerja pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, ;---This study aims to determine how the influence of local government capital on profitability, and the influence of local government capital participation on probability through service performance at PDAM in Indonesia during 2014 – 2016. The sample with purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data collected by documentation techniques. Local government capital participation in this study was measured using the book value of local government equity participation in PDAM, while profitability was measured using Return on Equity (ROE), and service performance was measured using the number of performance scores on service aspects. In analyzing data, this study used path analysis statistical tests. Based on the calculation of the path analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software, the capital investment of the local government has an effect on probability, while the capital investment of the local government through service performance has no effect on probability.
