Abstract

Permasalahan yang penulis ajukan pada penelitian ini mengenai pelatihan cone drill dan ladder drill di lingkungan UKM Sepakbola UPI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya ”Peningkatan Kelincahan Melalui Pelatihan cone drill dan ladder drill ”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu atlet UKM Sepakbola UPI usia 21 tahun sebanyak 20 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-test-post-test control grup design. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes illinois test. Dari hasil analisis data statistik diketahui nilai uji paired samples test data diketahui nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.001 < 0.05, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan ladder drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, sedangkan diketahui nilai uji paired samples test untuk cone drill sebesar sebesar 0.002 < 0.05, menunjukan bahwa latihan cone drill menunjukan terdapat pengaruh terhadap kelincahan. Pelatihan cone drill dan ladder drill dilingkungan pembinaan sepak bola penting dipakai untuk meningkatkan kelincahan. ;---The problem that the authors propose in this study is about cone drill and ladder drill training in the UPI Soccer UKM environment. This study aims to determine whether there is an "Increasing Agility Through Training of cone drill and ladder drill". The research method used is an experimental method with purposive sampling technique, which is 20 UPI Soccer UKM athletes aged 20 years. This study uses a pre-test-post-test control group design. The research instrument used was test illinois test. From result of statistical data analysis known test value paired samples test data known sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.001 <0.05, Ho can be concluded. This shows that there is a significant effect of ladder drill training on increasing agility, while the paired samples test for cone drill is known as 0.002 <0.05, indicating that cone drill shows that there is an influence on agility. Cone drill and ladder drill training in soccer coaching environment is important to be used to improve agility.
