Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun alat ukur Teamwork. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 622 orang. Hasil analisis faktor menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) yang terdiri dari 60 item menunjukkan bahwa model belum fit dengan nilai indeks kecocokan sebesar 0,066 (RMSEA), 0,048 (RMR), 0,714 (GFI), 0,826 (CFI), dan 0,819 (TLI). Maka dari itu, dilakukan analisis faktor dengan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang sesuai dan melakukan Confirmatory Factor Analysis kembali untuk mengkonfirmasi faktor baru yang ditemukan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 0,056 (RMSEA), 0,049 (SRMR), 0,986 (GFI), 0,923 (CFI) dan 0,919 (TLI). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model empat faktor alat ukur Teamwork Indonesia menunjukkan model yang fit untuk sebuah alat ukur. Selain itu, uji validitas konvergen dan diskriminan menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur Teamwork Indonesia valid. Sementara itu, reliabilitas dengan koefisien Alpha Cronbach dengan item sebanyak 43 item menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,966 menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur ini reliabel. The research method uses quantitative research method. There are 622 participants in this research. The result of factor analysis with Confirmation Factor Analysis (CFA) which consists of 60 items indicates that model has not been fit yet with score of compatibility indexes are : 0,049 (RMSEA), 0,040 (RMR), 0,913 (CFI), 0,900 (TLI), and 0,914 (IFI). Therefore , the researcher tried to use factor analysis with Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to know the factors which suitable with and doing Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) again to confirm new factors found. The results show are 0.056 which consists of 46 items indicates (RMSEA), 0,049 (SRMR), 0.986 (GFI), 0.923 (CFI) ,and 0.919 (TLI). It can be concluded that model of four factors 0f the instrument for measuring Teamwork in Indonesia indicates the fit model for such the instrument. Moreover, test validity of convergent and discriminant indicate that the Instrument for mesuring Teamwork is Valid. While, its reliability with coefficient reliability of Alpha Chronbach which consists of 43 items gets the score of 0,966 indicates that the instrument is also Reliable.
