    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya penggunaan fasilitas alat praktik pemesinan bubut kelas XI di SMK 2 Cimahi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) efisiensi penggunaan peralatan praktik pada mata pelajaran teknik pemesinan bubut (2) bagaimana upaya mengoptimalkan fasilitas praktikum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan instumen penelitian wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. temuan yang didapatkan jenis pekerjan yang harus dikerjakan dalam satu semester berjumlah dua benda dengan sembilan tahapan untuk menyelesaikannya. alokasi waktu yang disediakan yaitu 7 x 14 = 98 jam pelajaran dalam satu semester, jumlah alat yang digunakan untuk pengerjaan sebanyak 21 jenis. upaya - upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat daftar pembagian tugas praktik supaya dalam proses praktik lebih terstruktur, mendistribusikan alat dengan jenis dan jumlah yang dibutuhkan.----------This research is motivated by the non-optimal use of facilities for machining practice tools for class XI lathe in SMK 2 Cimahi. This study aims to determine (1) the efficient use of practical equipment in lathe machining techniques (2) how to optimize practicum facilities. This research uses descriptive method with interview, observation and documentation research instruments. the findings obtained are the types of work that must be done in one semester amounted to two objects with nine stages to complete them. time allocation provided is 7 x 14 = 98 hours of learning in one semester, the number of tools used for the work are 21 types. The efforts made are by making a list of practical task distribution so that the practice process is more structured, distributing the tools with the type and amount needed.
