Abstract

Berdasarkan data BPJS Ketenagakerjaan mencatat bahwa sepanjang tahun 2017 angka kecelakaan kerja yang dilaporkan mencapai 123.041 kasus, sementara sepanjang tahun 2018 mencapai 173.105 kasus kecelakaan kerja, dari kasus-kasus ringan sampai dengan kasus-kasus yang berdampak fatal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di Bengkel Auto 2000 Body Paint Cibiru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berupa alat-alat kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di Bengkel Auto 2000 Body Paint Cibiru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Alat Pelindung Diri, Alat Pemadam Api Ringan, dan kotak P3K. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, 1) penerapan K3 pada keiteria sangat layak dengan persentase 84,61%, 2) aturan berpakaian pada keiteria layak dengan persentase 80%, 3) aturan penempatan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan pada keiteria sangat layak dengan persentase 100%, 4) aturan penempatan kotak P3K pada keiteria sangat layak dengan persentase 100%, 5) alat pelindung diri pada keiteria sangat layak dengan persentase 100%, 6) isi kotak P3K pada keiteria layak dengan persentase 80,95%, dan 7) standar APAR pada keiteria sangat layak dengan persentase 100%.----------Based on data BPJS of Employment, recorded that throughout 2017 the number of work accidents launched reached 123,041 cases, while in 2018 there were 173,105 work accident cases, from mild cases to fatal cases. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of occupational safety and health in the Workshop Auto 2000 Body Paint Cibiru. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is in the form of occupational health and safety tools in Workshop Auto 2000 Body Paint Cibiru. The sample in this study is Personal Protective Equipment, Fire Extinguisher, and first aid kit. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis conducted in this study used descriptive statistics. The results of this research: 1) the application of K3 to the criteria is very feasible with a percentage of 84.61%, 2) dress code on the criteria of eligibility with a percentage of 80%, 3) rules for the placement of Light Fire Extinguishers on a very feasible criteria with a percentage of 100%, 4) rules on the placement of first aid kit boxes on very reasonable criteria with a percentage of 100%, 5) personal protective equipment is very feasible with a percentage of 100%, 6) completeness the contents first aid at a criterion feasible with a percentage of 80.95%, and 7) fire extinguisher standard in criteria is very feasible with a percentage of 100%
