Abstract

Guru harus memiliki kemampuan dalam pedagogik dan penguasaan materi pelajaran sehingga mudah untuk dipahami. Dalam rangka memenuhi mata pelajaran geografi dan membantu guru geografi dalam KBM di kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk 1) mengetahui kemampuan Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) guru Geografi SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung, 2) mengetahui kemampuan Content Knowledge (CK) guru Geografi SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung, dan 3) mendeskripsikan kondisi Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) guru Geografi SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Variabel penelitian PCK melibatkan 2 dimensi yaitu Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) dan Content Knowledge (CK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 55 guru geografi di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung. Data diperoleh melalui angket. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kemampuan Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) guru geografi SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung berada pada persentase keseluruhan aspek yaitu 76,82% – 83,53%. Aspek dengan persentase terendah yaitu pada aspek pengetahuan tentang penilaian dan evaluasi, sedangkan yang tertinggi pada aspek pengetahuan tentang pengembangan kurikulum, 2) kemampuan Content Knowledge (CK) guru geografi SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung berada pada persentase keseluruhan aspek yaitu 72,88% – 85,49%. Aspek dengan persentase terendah yaitu pada aspek materi pemanfaatan peta, penginderaan jauh, dan sistem informasi geografis, sedangkan yang tertinggi pada aspek materi kerja sama negara maju dan berkembang, dan 3) kondisi Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) guru geografi SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung berada pada rata-rata kemampuan guru tinggi yang tersebar pada rayon wilayah A sampai dengan wilayah H. ;---The teacher must have the ability in pedagogic and mastery of the subject matter so that it is easy to understand. In order to fulfill geography subjects and assist geography teachers in teaching and learning in class. The purpose of this study is to 1) knowing the ability of Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) geography teacher of Senior High School in Bandung City, 2) knowing the ability of Content Knowledge (CK) geography teacher of Senior High School in Bandung City, and 3) describe the condition of teacher's Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) geography teacher of Senior High School in Bandung City. This study uses a survey method. PCK research variables involve 2 dimensions, namely Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) and Content Knowledge (CK). The subjects of this study were 55 geography teacher of State High School in Bandung City. Data obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) the ability of pedagogical knowledge (PK) geography teacher of Senior High School in Bandung City is in the percentage of the overall aspects of 76.82% - 83.53%. The lowest percentage aspect is in the aspect of knowledge about assessment and evaluation, while the highest is in the aspect of knowledge about curriculum development, 2) the ability of Content Knowledge (CK) geography teacher of Senior High School in Bandung City is at the percentage of the overall aspects of 72.88% - 85 , 49%. Aspects with the lowest percentage are in the material aspects of map utilization, remote sensing, and geographic information systems, while the highest in the material aspects of developed and developing country cooperation, and 3) the condition of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) geography teacher of Senior High School in Bandung City are on the average of the ability of high teachers scattered in rayon region A to region H.
