Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Metode penelitian; analisis deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel penelitian proportional cluster stratified Random sampling, teknik analisis dengan korelasi product moment, determinasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan Software SPSS 20.0 for windows. Pengumpulan data melalui angket tertutup. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru-guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung Barat berjumlah 4484 orang, dengan sampel berjumlah 362 orang. Hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru sebesar 0,465 (21,6 %). Pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru sebesar 0,604 (36,5%). Sedangkan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru sebesar 0,741 (54,9%). Pada persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh Y ̂=0,11869+0,125X1+0,823X2, bertanda positif menunjukkan adanya pengaruh, artinya jika terjadi perubahan satu unit variabel kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi maka akan diikuti oleh perubahan pada produktivitas kerja guru. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru adalah dengan meningkatkan dimensi usaha berprestasi, melakukan stimulasi intelektual dan peran serta guru di masyarakat serta dalam mengikuti pelatihan peningkatan profesi. Research method; descriptive analysis; quantitative approach, research sampling: proportional cluster stratified Random sampling, analysis technique with product moment correlation, determination and regression using SPSS 20.0 for windows. Data collection gained through closed questionnaire. Population of this research are elementary teachers in West Bandung Regency which amounted 4484 people, with 362 samples. The result of this study found that the influence of the principal’s transformational leadership on teacher productivity was 0,465 (21,6 %). The influence of achievement motivation on teacher work productivity was 0,604 (36,5%). While the influence of the principal’s transformational leadership and achievement motivation on teacher work productivity was 0,741 (54,9%). In the regression in this study obtained Y ̂=0,11869+0,125X1+0,823X2, having positive sign indicates an influence, which means that if there is a change in one unit of the principal’s transformational leadership variables and achievement motivation, it will be followed by changes in teacher work productivity. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the principal’s transformational leadership and achievement motivation on teacher work productivity. Recommendations for increasing teacher work productivity are to increase the dimension of business achievement, carry out intellectual stimulation and the participation of teachers in the community and in training for professional improvement.
