Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Cipta Skill Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kinerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran mengenai adanya pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Cipta Skill Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey eksplanasi (explanatory survey). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala ordinal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier ganda. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru tetap di SMK Cipta Skill Bandung sebanyak 40 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan gambaran budaya organisasi berada pada kategori lemah, motivasi kerja guru berada pada kategori sedang dan gambaran kinerja guru berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi (X_1) dan motivasi kerja (X_2) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y).------- This study discusses the influence of organizational culture and work motivation of teachers on teacher performance in SMK Cipta Skill Bandung. This study consists of three variables, namely organizational culture, work motivation and performance. The purpose of this study is to describe the picture of the influence of school organizational culture and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in the SMK Cipta Skill Bandung. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey research method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with an ordinal scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The respondents of this study were 40 permanent respondents at the SMK Cipta Skill Bandung. Based on the results of the analysis found the picture of organizational culture is in the weak category, the work motivation of teachers is in the moderate category and the picture of the teacher's performance is in the moderate category. Hypothesis test results obtained that organizational culture (X_1) and motivation (X_2) significantly and positively influence teacher performance (Y).
