Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih banyaknya siswa yang nilainya kurang dari KKM pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dilihat dari nilai rata-rata Penilaian Akhir Semester SMA Swasta se-Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan self-efficacy terhadap motivasi belajar dan implikasinya terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanatori. Sampel yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Swasta se-Kota Bandung sebanyak 326 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu path analysis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dan proportional random sampling. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar berada pada kategori rendah sedangkan self-efficacy dan hasil belajar pada kategori sedang; (2) lingkungan belajar dan self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar; (3) lingkungan belajar, self-efficacy dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. .....This research was backgrounded by the decreasing of student's learning outcomes in economics subject observed by the average score of Final Examination at Private High School in Bandung City academic year of 2017/ 2018. The purpose of this research was to know the effect of learning environment and self-efficacy towards motivation to learn and its implications to student's learning outcomes in economics subject. The research methods used was explanatory survey. The sample was XI grades students of Social Science major at Private High Schools in Bandung City with 326 students to be inspected. Data analysis techniques used was path analysis. Sample collecting techniques was using random sampling and proportional random sampling. The result of this reserch shows that: (1) learning environment, motivation to learn was at the low category and self-efficacy, learing outcomes was at medium category; (2) learning environment and self-efficacy take effect on motivation to learn; (3) learning environment, self-efficacy and motivation to learn take effect on student's learning outcomes in economics subject.
