Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dining experience yang terdiri dari food quality, service quality, quality of environment dan price fairness terhadap revisit intention di Mujigae Resto outlet Bandung (Ciwalk, Festival Citylink dan Miko Mall). Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah dining experience yang terdiri dari beberapa sub dimensi yaitu food quality, sevice quality, quality of environment dan price fairness serta yang menjadi variabel terikat (Y) adalah revisit intention. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 400 responden yang merupakan konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di Mujigae Resto outlet Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Pelaksanaan dining experience di Mujigae Resto outlet Bandung, dimensi service quality mendapatkan penilaian tertinggi dan dimensi price fairness mendapatkan penilaian terendah. Kemudian tanggapan mengenai revisit intention di Mujigae Resto outlet Bandung berada pada kateori tinggi, dimensi likelihood to visit again mendapatkan penilaian tertinggi dan dimensi likelihood to be the first choice for future visit mendapatkan penilaian terendah. Hasil menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara dining experience terhadap revisit intention.

This research is aimed to analyze the impact of dining experience which consist of food quality, service quality, quality of environment and price fairness towards the revisit intention on Mujigae Resto at Bandung Outlet (Ciwalk, Fetival Citylink and Miko Mall). The independent variable (X) of this research is dining experience among with the food quality, service quality, quality of environment and price fairness as the sub dimension of the variable, while the revisit intention is the dependent variable (Y) in this research. The type of the research which used in this research are descriptive and verificative type of research. This research also uses the quantitative approach with 400 respondents who were the consumers that doing the purchase at Mujigae Resto at Bandung Outlet. Service quality gain the highest score while the price fairness is the lowest score on the research as the sub variable of independent variable. The revisit intention at Mujigae resto at Bandung Outlet is also the highest score in the category, by the likelihood to visit again as the highest score and the likelihood to be the first choice for the future visit as the lowest one. In conclusion, this research approved that there is a big impact towards each other among the dining experience and revisit intention.
