Abstract
Hotel Resort merupakan suatu wadah akomodasi pariwisata yang merupakan tempat tinggal sementara dengan segala fasilitasnya bagi wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik dengan tujuan untuk mencari ketenangan beristirahat menikmati kekayaan alam (flora dan fauna). Perencanaan dan perancangan sebuah Hotel Resort sebaiknya didesain sesuai dengan iklim, lokasi dan budaya dari pembangunannya. Pulau Jawa, terutama Jawa Barat memiliki banyak potensi untuk dijadikan tujuan wisata. Untuk memperluas sasaran pengunjung, maka perlu adanya peningkatan kondisi objek wisata dengan memfasilitasikan kebutuhan bagi para pengunjungnya. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mendesain Hotel Resort di Batu Karas, Kabupaten Pangandaran, dengan tema Arsitektur sunda dan konsep Ekologi, sehingga menghasilkan elaborasi tema dan konsep yakni, pengembangan budaya berbasis Ekologi. Dalam laporan Perencanaan dan Perancangan Tugas Akhir ini judul yang diangkat ialah Hotel Resort Pangandaran dengan tema Arsitektur Sunda. guna melestarikan Arsitektur Sunda sama artinya melestarikan kebudayaan masyarakat Sunda sebagai warisan leluhurnya. Memiliki beberapa fasilitas unggulan seperti Spa&Massage, restaurant, dan area rekreasi lainya, diharapkan mampu menunjang pariwisata masyarakat khususnya di Jawa Barat.Berlokasi di Batu Karas, Kabupaten Pangandaran. Karena pada lokasi tersebu termasuk salah satu kawasan strategis provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai daerah pengembang pariwisata. Terlebih menurut peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia nomor 50 tahun 2011 tentang rencana induk pembangunan kepariwisataan nasional tahun 2010-2025, Pangandaran termasuk dalam kawasan strategis pariwisata nasional, Bersama 88 kawasan di seluruh Indonesia. Lokasi dipilih berdasarkan keberadaan potensi budaya yang terdapat di sekitaran site lokasi pada bagian hasil perencanaan dan perancangan hotel resort di kawasan pantai Pangandaran...... Resort Hotels are a place for tourism accommodation which is a temporary place of residence with all its facilities for foreign and domestic tourists with the aim of seeking peace of rest to enjoy the natural wealth (flora and fauna). Planning and designing a Resort Hotel should be designed according to the climate, location and culture of its development. Java Island, especially West Java has a lot of potential to be used as a tourist destination. To expand the target of visitors, it is necessary to improve the condition of tourist objects by facilitating the needs of the visitors. This Final Project aims to design and design Resort Hotels in Batu Karas, Pangandaran Regency, with the theme Sundanese Architecture and the concept of Ecology, resulting in the elaboration of themes and concepts namely, the development of Ecology-based culture. In this Final Project Planning and Design report the title is Pangandaran Resort Hotel with Sundanese Architecture theme. in order to preserve Sundanese Architecture, it means to preserve the culture of the Sundanese people as their ancestral heritage. Having several excellent facilities such as Spa & Massage, restaurant, and other recreational areas, is expected to be able to support community tourism, especially in West Java. Located in Batu Karas, Pangandaran Regency. Because the location is one of the strategic areas of the province of West Java as a tourism development area. Especially according to the Government of Indonesia regulation number 50 of 2011 concerning the master plan of national tourism development in 2010-2025, Pangandaran is included in the strategic area of national tourism, together with 88 regions throughout Indonesia. The location was chosen based on the existence of the cultural potential contained in the site location in the results section of the planning and design of resort hotels in Pangandaran beach area.
