    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, dan free cash flow terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012 hingga 2017. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling kemudian diperoleh sebanyak 15 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari total populasi sebanyak 48 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang telah dipublikasikan melalui website perusahaan maupun website resmi terkait lainnya. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian statistik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 24. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa struktur aktiva dan profitabilitas masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan free cash flow berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

    This study aims to determine the influence of asset structure, profitability, and free cash flow on the value of companies in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2012 to 2017. The sampling method using purposive sampling and then obtained as many as 15 companies that meet the criteria of the total a population of 48 companies. Data collection techniques using documentation studies obtained from company financial reports that have been published through the company's website or other related official websites. This study used statistical testing of multiple regression analysis to analyse the data with SPSS 24. The results of hypothesis testing show that each of asset structure and profitability has a positive effect on company value, while free cash flow has a negative effect on company value.
