Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Cihideung, salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Parongpong, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Desa ini terkenal dengan agrowisatanya yaitu Taman Bunga Cihideung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Dampak Perkembangan Pariwisata Terhadap Kondisi Ekonomi Sosial Di Desa Cihideung”. Dampak perkembangan pariwisata dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek seperti ekonmi, sosial, lingkungan, budaya dan sebagainya. Dan dari berbagai aspek dampak tersebut dapat berupa dampak yang positif ataupun dampak yang negatif. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini difokuskan menganalisis dampak perkembangan pariwisata terhadap aspek ekonomi dan sosial saja, supaya lingkup penelitian tidak terlalu besar dan agar masalah penelitian dapat terjawab dengan baik. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perkembangan pariwisata yang terjadi di Cihideung serta menganalisis dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap aspek ekonomi dan aspek sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian masyarakat desa Cihideung dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner, wawancara, dan diskusi. Data primer didapat dari kuisioner, yang disebar kepada 100 penduduk Desa Cihideung untuk mengetahui dampak perkembangan pariwisata terhadap kondisi dan ekonomi sosial yang ada di Desa Cihideung dilihat dari persepsi masyarakat. Dan untuk memperkuat data tersebut dilakukan wawancara terhadap para expert yang dirasa mengetahui seluk beluk tentang desa Cihideung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dampak yang ditimbulkan dari perkembangan pariwisata yang terjadi terhadap aspek ekonomi dan sosial masing-masing menimbulkan efek yang positif serta negatif. Adapun saran atau rekomendasi ditujukan untuk pengelola usaha pariwisata, pemerintah, serta masyarakat lokal untuk mempertahankan sisi positif serta membuang semua sisi negatif dari dampak perkembangan pariwisata yang terjadi. Kata Kunci : Dampak Pariwisata, Perkembangan, Ekonomi, Sosial The research was conducted in the village of Cihideung, one of the villages located in the District of Parongpong, West Bandung regency. The village is famous for agrotourism which is the Garden Flower of Cihideung. This study aims to determine "The Impact Of Tourism Development Against Social and Economic Conditions in Cihideung Village". The impact of tourism development can be viewed from various aspects such as of economic, social, environmental, cultural and so on. And of the various aspects of these impacts can be either positive or a negativ. Therefore, in this study focused on analyzing the impact of the development of tourism on economic and social aspects, so that the scope of the research is not too big so the research problem can be answered properly. Issues examined in this research is how the development is going in Cihideung tourism and analyze the impact of the economic and social aspects. This study uses descriptive quantitative approach. The sample used in this research were mostly villagers Cihideung with data collection techniques such as questionnaires, interviews, and discussions. The primary data obtained from questionnaires, were distributed to 100 residents of the village of Cihideung to determine the impact of the development of tourism on the social and economic conditions in the village Cihideung seen from the people perception. And to strengthen the data was conducted interviews with the experts who familiar and much know about the Cihideung village. The results showed that the impact of tourism development that occurs on the economic and social aspects of each pose positive and negative effects. As for the suggestion or recommendation is intended for managers of tourism businesses, governments and lokal communities to maintain the positive side as well as get rid of all the negative side effects of tourism development occurs.
