Abstract
Sejak dibukanya Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA), banyak perusahaan yang mengalami penurunan penjualan bahkan bangkrut. MACo termasuk salah satu perusahaan yang penjualannya terus menurun beberapa tahun terakhir, dikarenakan adanya penurunan tersebut, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan model bisnis perusahaan MACo dan mengembangkan strategi model bisnis dengan menggunakan Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC). Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan TLBMC dan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian Analisis SWOT yang menghasilkan tabel IE Matriks dan menghasilkan strategi untuk perusahaan MACo yaitu insentif (Market Penetration, Market Development atau Product Development) atau integrasi (backward integration, forward integration). Hasil pengembangan untuk TLBMC yaitu perusahaan dapat memperbaiki beberapa aspek yang terdapat pada canvas economi, canvas environmental, canvas social. Kesimpulannya bahwa perusahaan MACo memerlukan strategi model bisnis baru untuk perkembangan perusahaan. Kata kunci: analisis SWOT, triple layer business model canvas ABSTRACT Since the opening of the Asean Economic Community (AEC), many companies have experienced a decline in sales and even went bankrupt. MACo is one of the companies whose sales have continued to decline in recent years, due to the decline, the purpose of this study is to describe the business model of the MACo company and develop a business model strategy using the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas approach and analyzed using SWOT Analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis research that produce IE Matrix tables and produce strategies for MACo companies are incentives (Market Penetration, Market Development or Product Development) or integration (backward integration, forward integration). The result of development for the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas is that companies can improve several aspects of the economic canvas, environmental canvas, social canvas.
