Abstract

Penulis bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh metode latihan bagian dan metode latihan keseluruhan terhadap peningkatan teknik rowing sculling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet Rowing KBB Sebanyak 10 orang, teknik pengambilan dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah test data penilaian menggunakan juri. Maka hasil sebagai berikut: karena nilai Sig untuk Metode Keseluruhan sebesar 0.001 < 0.05, maka Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan hasil teknik Rowing Sculling setelah diberikan dengan Metode keseluruhan, nilai Sig untuk Metode Bagian sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, maka Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan hasil teknik Rowing Sculling setelah diberikan dengan Metode Bagian. kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah, 1). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan mengguanakan metode latihan keseluruhan terhadap teknik rowing sculling pada atlet rowing KBB. 2). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan mengguanakan metode latihan bagian terhadap teknik rowing sculling pada atlet rowing KBB. 3). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kedua metode latihan keseluruhan dan metode latihan bagian terhadap teknik rowing sculling.;--Part and overall training method for improving Rowing Sculling techniques. The method used is an experimental method. The sample in this study were KBB Rowing athletes. As many as 10 people, the retrieval technique with purposive sampling. The instrument used is a test of assessment data using a jury, then the calculation and test of significance of the increase in training results is carried out using a two-level significance test. With the following results: because the value of Sig for the Overall Method is 0.001 <0.05, then Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the Rowing Sculling technique after being given the whole method, because the value of Sig for Part Method is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the results of the Rowing Sculling technique after being given the Part Method ... then the conclusion of the results of this study is, 1). There is a significant effect by using the overall training method on rowing sculling techniques on KBB rowing athletes. 2). There is a significant influence by using the part training method on rowing sculling techniques on KBB rowing athletes. 3). There is a significant influence of both the overall training method and the part training method on rowing sculling techniques.
