Abstract

Pusat sumber merupakan sebuah lembaga pendukung yang dibentuk baik oleh pemerintah ataupun swasta dalam rangka membantu sekolah-sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia. Pada kenyataannya pusat sumber SLB Purnama Asih Kabupaten Bandung Barat belum optimal dalam pelaksanaanya untuk mendukung sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Sekolah yang dianunginya masih belum memahami dan mengetahui dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian kemudian difokuskan pada pengembangan program pelatihan pendidikan inklusif di Pusat Sumber agar dapat menjawab kebutuhan guru-guru inklusif dalam memahami dan mengetahui tentang pendidikan inklusif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Mix-Method desain Research & Development (R&D) yang terdiri dari 1 melihat kondisi objektif program pelatihan pendidikan inklusif di pusat sumber, 2 melihat Permasalahan-Permasalahan yang ada di Pusat Sumber, 3 rumusan pengembangan program pelatihan pendidikan inklusif untuk guru inklusif, dan 4 implementasi program. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Penanggung jawab Pusat Sumber SLB Purnama Asih, serta beberapa guru dari sekolah-sekolah inklusi yang dinaunginya. Analisis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan perhitungan uji wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya peningkatan terhadap pemahaman dan pengetahuan pada subjek mengenai pendidikan inklusif. The resource center is a supporting institution formed by both the government and the private sector in order to assist schools in implementing the inclusive education across Indonesia. In fact, the Purnama Asih SLB’s resource center in West Bandung Regency has not been optimal in its implementation to support schools that provide inclusive education. The schools that they support still don’t understand and knows how to implement inclusive education. The research then focused on developing an inclusive education training program at the Resource Center, so that, it could address the needs of inclusive teachers in terms of their understanding and knowing about inclusive education. The method used in this study is Mix-Method the design Research & Development (R&D) method which consists of 1 viewing the objective conditions of the inclusive education training program at the source center, 2 finding out Problems at the resource center, 3 developing the formula inclusive education training program for teachers, and 4 implementing the inclusive education training program. The subjects in this study were the person in charge of the Purnama Asih SLB Resource Center, as well as a number of teachers from the inclusive schools they support. The research analysis using a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results of the study using the Wilcoxon test calculations showed an increase in understanding and knowledge on the subject of inclusive education.
