Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja atau mutu penilaian pada program studi menjadi faktor utama kesuksesan program studi. Kriteria yang menjadi standar baik buruknya suatu program studi perlu disajikan dalam bentuk informasi yang dapat dilihat oleh civitas untuk meningkatkan peran serta semua pihak dalam peningkatan kinerja program studi. Saat ini pengelolaan informasi yang ada masih memiliki sejumlah kelemahan seperti integrasi data yang tidak teratur dan format penyajian yang tidak sesuai kebutuhan. Penelitian ini menyusun suatu sistem informasi dashboard sebagai media penyajian informasi kinerja program studi. Penelitian difokuskan pada penyusunan aplikasi dashboard. Pada tahapannya, peneliti menerapkan pendekatan user centered design yang berfokus pada Key Performance Indicators (KPI), pengguna dashboard, serta kebutuhan bisnis pengguna. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan perencanaan terkait fungsionalitas dashboard, konten informasi, dan perancangan desain dashboard. Rancangan dashboard juga akan dilakukan pengujian serta evaluasi yang akan melibatkan pengguna secara langsung, sehingga akan didapatkan rancangan dashboard yang sesuai kebutuhan. Dashboard yang dihasilkan akan berfungsi sebagai media monitoring dan alert bagi kinerja program studi. Kata Kunci: Dashboard, User-Centered Design, Key Performance Indicators, Program Studi The program increases the success rate of study programs. The criteria that become a good standard for one of the study programs need to be presented in the form of information that can be seen by the community to increase the participation of all parties in the study performance improvement program. Currently managing existing information still has some weaknesses such as combining incomplete data and presentation formats that do not meet the needs. This research compiles a dashboard information system as a medium for presenting study program performance information. The study was approved in the dashboard application. In its stage, the researcher approved the user-centered design update requested by the Key Performance Indicators (KPI), the user's dashboard, and the user's business needs. Next will be planning related to the functionality dashboard, information content, and design dashboard design. Dashboard design will also be tested and evaluated which will require users directly, so that dashboard designs will be obtained as needed. The resulting dashboard will function as a monitoring media and alerts for the performance of the study program.
