Dibimbing oleh Dr. Mamat Supriatna, M.Pd. (Pembimbing I) dan Dr. Amin Budiamin, M.Pd. (Pembimbing II). Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling, Sekolah Pasca Sarjana Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pegembangan keputusan karier sebagai tugas perkembangan pada siswa sehingga banyak aspek keputusan karier yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan karier sebagai pencapaian tujuan karier kesuksesan siswa. Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan bimbingan karier dengan strategi classroom guidance untuk mengembangkan keputusan karier siswa. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 12 Bandung dengan mengambil subjek penelitian siswa Kelas XI. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket keputusan karier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). profil keputusan karier siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 12 Bandung secara keseluruhan dalam kategori cukup mampu. 2). secara empirik bimbingan karier dengan strategi classroom guidance efektif untuk mengembangkan keputusan karier siswa. Penelitian dapat dijadikan rujukan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dalam pengembangan keputusan karir siswa. Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Postgraduate School .Research is background by the development of career decisions as a developmental task for students so that many aspects of career decisions need to be considered in decision making and career development as achieving the career goals of student success. The research aims to produce career guidance with classroom guidance strategies to develop student career decisions. The research approach is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 12 Bandung by taking research subjects in Class XI students. The instrument used was a career decision questionnaire. The results showed 1). career decision profile of class XI students of SMK Negeri 12 Bandung as a whole in the quite capable category. 2). empirically career guidance with effective classroom guidance strategies for developing student career decisions. Research can be used as a reference for teacher guidance and counseling in schools in the development of student career decisions.
