Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematis antara siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran discovery learning peer lesson dan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran discovery learning teams games tournament, mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika dengan pembelajaran discovery learning peer lesson dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan pendekatan discovery teams games tournament. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain two group pretes-posttes. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling telah ditentukan subjek penelitiannya kelas 8 sebanyak 2 kelas dengan total jumlah siswa 64 di salah satu SMPN kota Bandung. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran discovery learning peer lesson dan discovery teams games tournament; 2. Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran discovery learning peer lesson menunjukan hasil yang positif; 3. Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran discovery learning teams games tournament menunjukan hasil yang positif.;--This study aims to determine the differences of the improvement of mathematical literacy skills between students who obtain discovery learning peer lesson and students who obtain learning discovery learning teams games tournament, knowing the response of students to mathematics learning with discovery learning peer lesson learning and knowing students' responses to learning by approach discovery of teams games tournament. The research method used in this study was a quasi-experimental research method with two group pretest-posttes design. By using purposive sampling, the research subjects two class from 8th grade with 64 students at a junior high school in Bandung. From this research it can be concluded that: 1. There were differences in students' mathematical literacy skills who acquired discovery learning peer lesson and the discovery of teams games tournament; 2. Student response to discovery learning peer lesson shows positive results; 3. Student responses to discovery learning teams games tournament show positive results.
