Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi interaksi masyarakat dan air kaitannya dengan konservasi, mengetahui kearifan lokal Masyarakat Kampung Adat Cikondang dalam konservasi air, dan proses pewarisan nilai-nilai kearifan lokalnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara secara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi teori dan secara bertahap melalui reduksi, penyjian data dalam bentuk narasi, bagan, maupun gambar, kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa bentuk interaksi masyarakat dan air terlihat dari upaya pendistribusian air secara pipanisasi, penghormatan terhadap air secara religi, dan penggunaan air sesuai kebutuhan berperan terhadap konservasi air. Konsep tata ruang, hutan larangan, larangan dan anjuran, pelestarian hutan Gunung Tilu oleh LMDH dan secara adat. Proses pewarisan kearifan lokal dilakukan secara internalisasi, sosialisasi, dan enkulturasi melalui peniruan pola perilaku sehari-hari, pembiasaan melalui ritual-ritual yang dilakukan secara kontinyu setiap tahun, serta himbauan melalui anjuran dan larangan untuk menghindari penyimpangan terhadap adat budaya yang berlaku. Penerapan nilai-nilai kearifan lokalnya dalam pembelajaran geografi dapat disisipkan dengan menambahkan indikator pembelajaran dalam materi geografi kelas XI semester dua pada KD menganalisis keragaman budaya bangsa sebagai identitas nasional berdasarkan keunikan dan sebaran dan pada kelas X semester dua yaitu tentang konservasi air tanah dan DAS pada KD menganalisis dinamika hidrosfer dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan. Metode pembelajaran dapat disesuaikan oleh guru dengan kondisi kelas. Bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal Kampung Cikondang perlu diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam pembelajaran geografi di sekolah karena terbukti efektif dalam upaya konservasi air. Kata kunci : Kearifan Lokal, Konservasi Air, Pewarisan Kearifan Lokal This study aims to identify the interaction between the community and water in relation to conservation, find out the local wisdom of the Cikondang Indigenous Village Community in water conservation, and the process of inheriting the values of its local wisdom. The method used is a qualitative method, data collection using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed by triangulation of data sources and theory triangulation and gradually through reduction, presentation of data in the form of narratives, charts, and pictures, then conclusions are drawn. The results of this research show that the form of interaction between the community and water can be seen from the efforts of water distribution by pipeline, respect for religious water, and the use of water as needed to contribute to water conservation. The concept of spatial planning, prohibited forest, prohibition and recommendation, preservation of Mount Tilu forest by LMDH and by custom. The process of inheriting local wisdom is carried out by internalization, socialization, and enculturation through imitating daily patterns of behavior, habituation through rituals that are carried out continuously every year, as well as appeals through suggestions and prohibitions to avoid deviations from prevailing cultural customs. The application of local wisdom values in geography learning can be inserted by adding learning indicators in geography material in second semester XI on KD (Basic Competencies) analyzing national cultural diversity as a national identity based on uniqueness and distribution and in second semester X class, namely on groundwater and watershed conservation at KD (Basic Competencies) analyze hydrosphere dynamics and their impact on life. Learning methods can be adapted by the teacher to class conditions. The forms of local wisdom in Kampung Cikondang need to be implemented in daily life as well as in learning geography in schools because they are proven effective in water conservation efforts.
