ABSTRAK ANALISIS METODE LINE OF BALANCE (LOB) TERHADAP BIAYA DAN WAKTU PADA PROYEK GEDUNG BPSDM Andipa Wija Andriana, Siti Nurasiyah1, Ben Novarro Batubara2 Program Studi Teknik Sipil-S1, Fakultas Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Email : awijaandriana@gmail.com Iisnurasiyah82@gmail.com bensnovr@upi.edu ABSTRAK Pada suatu proyek konstruksi gedung memiliki jangka waktu yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan perencanaan penjadwalan, perencanaan penjadwalan ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap durasi dan biaya pada suatu proyek, untuk mewujudkan agar waktu dan biaya sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan diperlukan manajemen proyek yang tepat, dari manajemen proyek ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Perencanaan penjadwalan yang kurang tepat mengakibatkan penyelesaian proyek dan biaya yang tidak sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Metode Line of balance (LOB) sangat sesuai dengan kondisi proyek yang memiliki pekerjaan berulang seperti pada proyek gedung BPSDM, karena mampu menyajikan tingkat produktivitas dan informasi durasi dalam bentuk diagram garis yang lebih mudah dipahami, sehingga pada proses penggunaannya akan lebih mudah untuk menjelaskan jadwal pekerjaan secara detail, serta dari hasil plot LOB dapat mendeteksi pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang mengalami gangguan. Metode ini menitikberatkan pada perubahan waktu dan biaya pada suatu proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode line of balance (LOB) pada proyek pembangunan gedung Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) terjadi perubahan pada umur proyek dan pengeluaran biaya per minggunya, dengan menggunakan metode line of balance (LOB) umur proyek yang awalnya 34 minggu menjadi 29 minggu, ini menunjukan bahwa umur proyek lebih cepat 5 minggu, dengan penambahan biaya pada minggu ke-7 sampai dengan minggu ke-23, dan terjadi pengurangan pengeluaran biaya per minggu pada minggu ke-24 sampai minggu ke-34, dengan adanya penambahan biaya per minggu menunjukan bahwa adanya tingkatan produktivitas pada minggunya, dan sebaliknya. Improper scheduling planning results in project completion and costs that are not what was planned. The Line of Balance (LOB) method is very suitable for project conditions that have repetitive work such as in the BPSDM building project, because it is able to present the level of productivity and duration information in the form of a line diagram that is easier to understand, so that the process of using it will be easier to explain the work schedule in detail, as well as from the results of the LOB plot can detect jobs that are interrupted. This method focuses on changing the time and cost of a project. The results showed that by using the line of balance (LOB) method in the building construction project of the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) there was a change in the age of the project and the cost of spending per week, by using the line of balance (LOB) project age that was originally 34 week to 29 weeks, this shows that the project life is 5 weeks faster, with additional costs in the 7 week until the 23 week, and there is a reduction in expenditure per week in the 24 to 34 week, with additional costs per week indicate that there is a level of productivity in the week, and vice versa.
