Abstract

ABSTRAK Nilai ekonomis, kandungan gizi dan kemudahannya untuk ditanam menjadikan tanaman cabai rawit ( Capsicum frutescens ) menjadi salah satu produksi petani di Indonesia. Nitrogen(N) , fosfor(P), dan kalium (K) berperan dalam pertumbuhan tanaman cabai rawit dimana bionutrien S-367 dan bionutrien S-267 memiliki kandungan yang sesuai untuk suplemen pertumbuhan tanaman cabai rawit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bionutrien S-367 dan S-267 dengan dosis optimum 0,5% terhadap laju pertumbuhan, kadar NPK dan hasil panen tanaman cabai rawit serta untuk mengetahui hasil kandungan vitamin C dan protein pada tanaman cabai rawit. Tahapan penelitian ini meliputi aplikasi bionutrien S-367 dan S-267 dengan dosis 0,5%, pengamatan terhadap laju pertumbuhan tanaman yang dilakukan 2 minggu sekali , analisis kadar NPK pada daun tanaman cabai rawit, pencatatan terhadap hasil panen, dan analisis hasil vitamin C dan protein pada hasil panen untuk mengetahui kualitas tanaman cabai rawit. Hasil menunjukan laju pertumbuhan tanaman treatment lebih besar dibandingkan kontrol positif, dimana rata-rata tinggi tanaman pada aplikasi bionutrien S-367, S-267 dan kontrol positif berturut-turut sebagai berikut 196,21 cm ; 184,34 cm ; 149,03 cm. Kadar nitrogen dan fosfor pada daun tanaman kontrol positif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok bionutrien, sedangkan kadar kalium pada daun kelompok bionutrien S-267 lebih besar dibandingkan bionutrien S-367 dan kontrol positif. Hasil panen buah cabai rawit pada kelompok bionutrien lebih besar dibandingkan kontrol positif,dimana buah dengan aplikasi bionutrien S-367 dipanen dengan total seberat 65,7 Kg, bionutrien S-267 dipanen dengan total seberat 53,8 Kg dan kelompok konrol positif dipanen dengan total seberat 46,5 Kg. Vitamin C yang terkandung pada buah cabai rawit mengalami peningkatan pada tanaman yang diberikan bionutrien S-367 (104,08 mg/100gr) dan bionutrien S-267 ( 86,73 mg/100gr) dibandingkan dengan tanaman kontrol (69,39 mg/100gr). Kandungan protein dalam buah cabai rawit pada kelompok bionutrien lebih besar dibandingkan kontrol positif yaitu 2,63% (S-367) , 2,57% (S-267) dan 2,52% (kontrol positif); Economic value, nutrient content and ease of planting make cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens) one of the product of farmers in Indonesia. Nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) play a role in the growth of cayenne pepper plants where bionutrient S-367 and bionutrient S-267 have the content to improve the growth of cayenne plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bionutrients S-367 and S-267 with an optimum dose of 0.5% on growth rates, NPK levels, and yields of cayenne pepper plants and to determine the results of vitamin C dan protein content in cayenne pepper plants. The stages of this research include the application of bionutrients S-367 and S-267 with a dose of 0.5%, observations of plant growth rates conducted every 2 weeks, analysis of NPK levels in the leaves of cayenne pepper, record the yields, and analysis of vitamin C and protein results on the harvested to figure out the quality of cayenne plants. The results showed the growth rate of the treatment plants was greater than the positive control, where the average plant height in the bionutrient S-367, bionutrient S-267 application and positive control were 196.21 cm; 184.34 cm; 149.03 cm. Nitrogen and phosphorus levels in the leaves of the positive control plants were higher than those in the bionutrient group, whereas the potassium levels in the leaves of the bionutrient S-267 group were greater than those of the bionutrient S-367 and positive control. The yield of cayenne pepper in the bionutrient group was greater than the positive control, where the fruit with the application of bionutrient S-367 was harvested with a total of 65.7 kg, bionutrient S-267 was harvested with a total weight of 53.8 kg and the positive control group was harvested with a total weighing 46.5 kg. Vitamin C contained in cayenne pepper are increased given by bionutrient S-367 (104.08 mg / 100gr) and bionutrient S-267 (86.73 mg / 100gr) compared to control plants (69.39 mg / 100gr ). The protein content in cayenne pepper in the bionutrient group was greater than the positive control with the value of 2.63% (S-367), 2.57% (S-267) and 2.52% (positive control).
