Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi kecenderungan guru BK yang masih belum mampu dalam mengembangkan program BK dan kurangnya supervisor BK di setiap Kabupaten. Berdasarkan kenyataan di lapangan masih banyak guru bimbingan dan konseling yang belum mampu mengembangkan program bimbingan dan konseling secara komprehensif, sementara saat ini tidak ada pemantauan lapangan dan evaluasi implementasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah olah pengawas BK. Untuk hal tersebut, diperlukan intervensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bimbingan dan konseling guru . Intervensi yang dimaksud adalah pelatihan dan supervisi kelompok. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan proses pelaksanaan Program Pelatihan dan supervisi kelompok untuk meningkatan kemampuan guru BK dalam mengembangkan Program Bimbingan dan Konseling komprehensif berdasarkan POP BK (Bimbingan Operasional untuk Bimbingan dan Konseling). Penelitian menggunakan metode Intervensi terhadap sembilan guru BK di Kabupaten Indramayu. Hasil penelitian adalah adanya peningkatan sikap dan kemampuan guru BK dalam mengembangkan program BK komprehensif berbasis POP BK. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah perlunya pemberdayaan peer supervisi di setiap daerah.; The research is motivated by the tendency of BK teachers who are still unable to develop the BK program and the lack of BK supervisors in each district. The reality in the field still many guidance teachers and counseling that hasn't able to develop a guidance program and counseling in a manner comprehensive . While when this not there is monitoring field and evaluation implementation service guidance and counseling at the BK supervisory school . For it requires intervention for improve ability guidance and counseling the teacher. The interventions in question are group training and supervision . Research is intended to describe the process of implementing the Training Program and group supervision for m eningkatan the ability of the internal BK teacher develop a Guidance Program and Counseling comprehensive based on POP BK (Guidance Operations for Guidance and Counseling). The study used the Intervention method with nine counseling teachers in Indramayu Regency. The results of this study are an increase in BK teacher attitudes and abilities in developing a comprehensive BK BK-based BK program. The recommendation from the results of this study is the empowerment of peer supervision in each region. Keywords: BK Comprehensive Program, Training, Supervision Group
