Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan dari hasil observasi awal yang dilihat dari nilai aspek kognitif siswa pada materi pemasangan unit tata udara domestik di SMKN 8 Bandung Paket keahlian Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara kelas XI tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Nilai siswa yang berada di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada siswa kelas XI TPTU 1 sebesar 37,14%, dan XI TPTU 2 sebesar 51,61%. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa proses pembelajaran masih kurang optimal. Banyak hal yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa baik dari faktor internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa agar siswa dapat memenuhi KKM. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk menunjang guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk mempermudah guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran penelitian ini menerapkan media pembelajaran mobile learning pada materi pemasangan unit tata udara domestik, sehingga siswa dapat belajar dengan mudah kapan pun dimana pun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-eksperimental design dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel yang ditetapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI TPTU 2. Kelas XI TPTU 2 diberi pre-test kemudian diberi treatment berupa pembelajaran menggunakan media mobile learning. Setelah pemberian treatment, selanjutnya sampel diberi post-test menggunakan soal yang memiliki indikator serupa dengan pre-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat 53% setelah diberikan treatment. Kategori tersebut dapat diinterpretasikan terhadap hasil penerapan media mobile learning pada materi pemasangan unit AC Split yang menunjukan bahwa media Mobile Learning mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan kategori peningkatan sedang.------ This research was conducted based on the results of preliminary observations seen from the cognitive aspects of students on the material installation of domestic air conditioning units in SMKN 8 Bandung Expertise Package on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering class XI in the academic year 2018/2019. The value of students who are under the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) in class XI TPTU 1 is 37.14%, and XI TPTU 2 is 51.61%. This shows that the learning process is still not optimal. Many things can affect student learning outcomes both from internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes so that students can meet the KKM. Learning media is one of the important things to support teachers and students in the learning process. To make it easier for teachers and students in the learning process of this study to implement mobile learning media in the installation of domestic air conditioning units, so students can learn easily anytime, anywhere. The research method used was Pre-experimental design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample set in this study was class XI TPTU 2. Class XI TPTU 2 was given a pre-test and then given treatment in the form of learning using mobile learning media. After giving treatment, then the sample is given a post-test using questions that have indicators similar to pre-test. Based on the results of the study the average value of students increased 53% after being given treatment. This category can be interpreted towards the results of the application of mobile learning media on the material installation of AC Split units which shows that Mobile Learning media has an effect on student learning outcomes with a moderate improvement category.
