Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program pelatihan dengan skor uji kompetensi guru terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pendidikan jasmani adaptif pada guru pendidikan khusus. Program pelatihan yang diberikan adalah program latihan berbasis kompetensi dan program latihan konvensional. Kompetensi terdiri kompetensi paedagogik dan kompetensi profesional pendidikan jasmani adaptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Experiment dengan model faktorial 2X2. Sampel penelitian adalah guru pendidikan khusus tunagrahita di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified cluster random sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang guru terbagi dalam empat kelompok yang diberikan program pelatihan selama enam hari atau setara dengan pola 60 jam pelajaran. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pengetahuan. Dilakukan di PPPPTK TK dan PLB. Analisis statistik Uji Paired sample t-test, Uji Anova (Two Way Anova dengan Main Effect dan Interaction Effect), Uji PostHoc Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan skor uji kompetensi tinggi, memiliki skor rata-rata yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok lain. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara program pelatihan dan skor uji kompetensi guru terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pendidikan jasmani adaptif pada guru pendidikan khusus. Kata Kunci: program pelatihan, skor uji kompetensi guru dan kompetensi pendidikan jasmani adaptif. --------- The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training programs with teacher competency test scores on improving adaptive physical education competencies in special education teachers. The training program provided is a competency-based training and a conventional training program. the competency consists of pedagogic and adaptive professional physical education competencies. The research method used is the experiment method with 2x2 factorial model. The research sample is special education teachers of intellectual disability students in Bandung. The sampling technique uses stratified cluster random sampling. The research sample 60 teachers become divided into four groups who were given a training program for six days or equivalent to 60 hours of lesson. The instrument used is a knowledge test and performed at CDETEP-KSE (Center of Development and Empowerment for Teacher and Education Personnel of Kindegarten and Special Education). Test statistical analysis Paired sample t-test, Anova Test (Two Way Anova with Main Effect and Interaction Effect), PostHoc Test. The results showed that the group of competency-based training programs with high competency test scores had better average scores than other groups. There is no interaction between the training program and the teacher competency test score on increasing adaptive physical education competencies of special education teachers.
