Abstract

Harmonisnya hubungan keluarga merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pembentukan karakter anak. Namun, pada kenyataannya menjalani kehidupan berkeluarga bukanlah perkara yang mudah. Tidak jarang masalahan yang terjadi dalam keluarga berujung kepada sebuah perceraian yang menyebabkan anak mengalami sosialisasi tidak sempurna, serta tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan fisik maupun non-fisik. Hal tersebut menjadikan anak cenderung berperilaku menyimpang. Salah satunya yaitu perilaku tidak disiplin di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak perceraian orangtua terhadap kedisiplinan di sekolah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di SMK PGRI Wanaraja Garut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) jenis tata tertib yang di terapkan adalah perilaku yang wajib dilakukan siswa, perilaku yang dilarang dilakukan siswa dan sanksi yang diterapkan bagi pelanggar; (2) bentuk pelanggaran yang sering dilakukan siswa dengan latar belakang orangtua bercerai adalah pelanggaran terhadap aturan waktu belajar yaitu datang terlambat ke sekolah dan perilaku membolos. Serta pelanggaran terhadap larangan-larangan sekolah yaitu merokok dan berkelahi; (3) upaya yang dilakukan sekolah adalah upaya preventif dan upaya represif. Upaya preventif lebih menitikberatkan pada pembinaan mental dan moral siswa, sedangkan upaya represif lebih kepada penegakan sanksi yang berlaku; (4) perceraian yang terjadi pada orangtua menyebabkan anak berperilaku tidak disiplin terhadap aturan tata tertib sekolah. Berdasarkan kategori tingkat pelanggarannya, siswa dengan latar belakang orangtua bercerai termasuk ke dalam tingkat pelanggaran sedang dan berat.;--The harmony of family relationship is one of the important factors in building the children’s character. However, in reality of running family life is not an easy matter. Often, the problem occurred in family ends up to a divorce, which caused the children have imperfect socialization, as well as the un-fulfilment of physical and non-physical needs. This made the children tends to have a bias behaviour. One of them is the indiscipline behaviour at school. This research is intended to identify the impact of parent’s divorce on disciplinary at school. The research design used is qualitative approach by using case study. The research location is in PGRI Vocational School Wanaraja, Garut. Data collection technique is conducted through observation, in-depth interview, and documentation study. The findings in this research indicated that: (1) the order type applied is the behavior that is required to be carried out by the student, the behavior forbidden to be carried out by the student and the sanction applied to the violator; (2) the violation form that is often conducted by the student with divorced parent background is the violation against the rule of learning time, which is coming late to school and truant behavior. Also violations against school restrictions, which are smoking and fighting; (3) the effort conducted by school is the preventive and repressive efforts. Preventive effort is more focused on mental coaching and student’s moral, while repressive effort is more to uphold the applicable sanction; (4) divorce occurred to the parent caused the children to behave indiscipline against the school order. Based on the violations level category, the student with divorced parent background included in the moderate and severe violations.
