Abstract

Inspirasi yang diambil untuk skripsi penciptaan ini adalah tentang Anxiety Disorder pada Remaja dengan penggayaan Pop Surealisme. Anxiety Disorder merupakan gangguan diagnosis klinis yang paling umum dialami oleh remaja. Penulis mengambil fokus utama permasalahan yaitu tentang gangguan fobia dari banyaknya jenis gangguan Anxiety Disorder. Rumusan masalah yang diambil yaitu bagaimana pengembangan gagasan Anxiety Disorder menjadi karya seni lukis dengan gaya pop surealisme dan bagaimana visualisasi dan deskripsi karyanya. Tujuan dari skripsi ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengembangan gagasan Anxiety Disorder menjadi karya seni lukis, dan mendeskripsikan secara visual karya seni tersebut. Metode penciptaan yang digunakan melalui tahap pencarian ide, stimulasi, kontemplasi, proses penciptaan karya dan deskripsi visual karya. Lukisan yang penulis buat berjumlah empat buah dengan ukuran yang sama yaitu 150 x 100 cm dengan menggunakan media cat akrilik di atas kanvas. Karya pertama membahas mengenai gangguan fobia terhadap balon, karya ke dua membahas mengenai gangguan fobia terhadap buah rambutan, karya ke tiga membahas mengenai gangguan fobia terhadap kecoa, dan karya ke empat membahas mengenai gangguan trypophobia. Deskripsi visual yang dominan digunakan yaitu penggunaan bidang yang organis, penggunaan warna panas, penggunaan keseimbangan yang simetris dan penggunaan garis lengkung mendominasi pada keseluruhan karya. Hasil dari eksplorasi ini penulis mengharapkan dapat menjadikan karya-karya ini sebagai salah satu cara terapi perilaku bagi penderita fobia tersebut, sehingga membantu memunculkan rasa nyaman dan menjadi lebih berani secara bertahap menghadapi objek ketakutan bagi penderita fobia. ;-- The inspiration taken for this thesis of creation is about Anxiety Disorder in Teens with Pop Surrealism style. Anxiety Disorder is the most common clinical diagnosis disorder experienced by teens. The author takes the main focus of the problem which is about phobia disorders from the many types of Anxiety Disorder disorders. The formulation of the problem taken is how the development of Anxiety Disorder ideas into works of art with Pop Surrealism style and how the visualization and description of this work. The purpose of this thesis is to know the development of the idea of Anxiety Disorder into a painting, and describe visually this work. The method of creation is used through the stage of searching for ideas, stimulation, contemplation, the process of creating works and visual descriptions of works. The paintings made by the author amounted to four pieces of the same size that is 150 x 100 cm using acrylic paint media on canvas. The first work discusses the disturbance of phobias for balloons, the second work discusses the phobia disturbance to the rambutan, the third work discusses the phobia disturbance to cockroaches, and the fourth work discusses the trypophobia disorders. The dominant visual description used is the use of organic fields, the use of hot colors, the use of symmetrical balances and the use of curved lines dominating the entire work. The results of this exploration of the authors hope to make these works as a way of behavioral therapy for people with phobias, thus helping to bring out a sense of comfort and becoming bolder gradually facing an object of fear for phobia sufferers.
