Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Pengaruh Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Purwadadi kabupaten Subang. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMP Negeri se-kecamatan Purwadadi kabupaten Subang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta didukung dengan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket, yang menjadi populasi adalah guru dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 167 responden. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS Versi 20.0 for Windows. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) , menunjukan bahwa hasil temuan dari hasil pengolahan data, kecenderungan umum untuk variabel X (manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan) adalah 3,85 yang artinya masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan kecenderungan umum untuk variabel Y (kinerja mengajar guru) adalah 4,49 yang artinya masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,375 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X (manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan) dan variabel Y (kinerja mengajar guru). Hasil perhitungan signifikansi korelasi diperoleh harga thitung sebesar 3,159 sedangkan ttabel dengan a=0,05 adalah 1,669 dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 14,1%. Bahwa dapat diartikan koefisien korelasi antara variabel X (manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan) dan variabel Y (kinerja mengajar guru) memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang, selebihnya 85,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas di dalam penelitian ini.;--This research is entitled "The Influence of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Management on Teacher Teaching Performance in State Junior High Schools in Purwadadi Sub-district, Subang District. In general, the purpose of this study was to determine the management of educational facilities and infrastructure for the teaching performance of teachers in state junior high schools in Purwadadi sub-district, Subang district. This research uses descriptive method with a quantitative approach, and is supported by literature studies. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires, the population is the teacher with a total of 167 respondents. Calculation analysis in this study uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS Version 20.0 for Windows. The results of the Weight Means Score (WMS) calculation show that the findings from the data processing results, the general trend for variable X (education facilities and infrastructure management) is 3.85, which means it is in the very good category. While the general tendency for variable Y (teacher teaching performance) is 4.49 which means it is in the very good category. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient is 0.375, which means there is an influence between variables X (education facilities and infrastructure management) and variable Y (teacher teaching performance). The results of the calculation of the significance of the correlation obtained the value of tcount of 3.159 while the table with a = 0.05 is 1.669 with a coefficient of determination of 14.1%. That can be interpreted as a correlation coefficient between variable X (education facilities and infrastructure management) and variable Y (teacher teaching performance) has an effect on teacher's teaching performance in State Junior High Schools in Purwadadi District, Subang Regency, the remaining 85.9% is influenced by other factors that do not discussed in this research.
