Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media audio mp3 pada pelatihan vokal grup dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Kartika XIX-2 Bandung. Secara khusus penelitian ini ingin mengetahui, cara mana yang paling efektif dalam menerapkan media audio mp3. Apakah penggunaan media audio Mp3 dengan menggunakan model Self Learning atau Cooperative Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pra eksperimen melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penggunaan media audio Mp3 di kegiatan ektrakurikuler vokal grup, model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran Self Learning. Dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan peserta didik cara A (model Self Learning) = 1,7 dan cara B (Model Cooperative Learning) = 2,7.;--- The goal of this research generally is to find out the effectiveness from using audio media. Mp3 in vocal group training in extracurricular activities at SMP Kartika XIX-2 Bandung. In specific, this research wants to know which is the most effective method for applying audio media Mp3. Whether the Self Learning method or Cooperative Learning method. This research uses a pre-experimental method with quantitative approach. The result obtained in audio media Mp3 apply in vocal group extracurricular activity, is the Cooperative Learning method is proved to be more effective than the Self Learning method. The average all of students using the method (Self Learning method) is 1,7 and the B method (Cooperative Learning method) is 2,7.
