Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dengan mencari kesenjangan yang terdapat di Bengkel Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor berdasarkan parameter Teaching Factory DPSMK. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan PGRI Subang dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan model evaluasi Discrepancy Model. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah Pihak Sekolah SMK PGRI Subang meliputi, Kepala Prodi Teknik Bisnis dan Sepeda Motor (TBSM) dan Kepala Bengkel Teaching Factory TBSM SMK PGRI Subang. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarka hasil studi pendahuluan, rekomendasi dari pihak sekolah, dan mengenai pentingnya tersedia sebuah bengkel-lab yang lengkap dan memenuhi standar industri untuk menunjang penerapan Teaching Factory, maka fokuskan penelitian evaluasi pada parameter bengkel lab Teaching Factory yang diterapkan di Bengkel Teaching Factory Kompetensi Keahlian TBSM SMK PGRI Subang berdasarkan buku panduan yang diterbitkan oleh DPSMK. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara semi terstruktur ( Semistructure Interview ), Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kesenjangan yang terdapat di Bengkel TBSM SMK PGRI Subang terdapat diantara lain terdapat pada: 1) Komponen Peralatan ditemukan kesenjangan bahwa upaya untuk memenuhi indikator fasilitas selalu siap pakai belum dilaksanakan dengan baik, karena tidak terdapat dan tidak dilakukan Checksheet Piping System, Bike lift dan Checksheet Mechanic Truster Tools setiap hari. Indikator Fasilitas distandarisasi belum terpenuhi karena tidak dilakukan Pemeriksaan pada FRL dan Piping System yakni Tekanan Standar, Kondisi Air, pelumas dan Fungsi kerja Bikelift. 2) Kesenjangan Komponen Tata Kelola Penggunaan Alat kesenjangan terdapat pada belum terdapat SOP peminjaman dan pemakaian alat, dan Inventarisasi peralatan belum dilaksanakan dengan konsisten. 3) Kesenjangan pada Komponen Manajemen Maintenance, Repair & Calibration (MRC) ditemukan kesenjangan berupa tidak terdapat manajemen MRC yang tersusun dengan baik, Fasilitas belum standar dan siap pakai, tidak terdapat kartu maintenance di mesin, dan tidak data history MRC. 4) Kesenjangan pada komponen Penerapan K3 kesenjangan ditemukan tidak dilengkapi dengan simbol-simbol K3 pada setiap ruangan dan jenis pekerjaan. Kata kunci : Evaluasi Teaching Factory, Bengkel Teaching Factory, Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor This research aims to evaluate by looking for gaps in the Motorcycle Engineering and Business Workshop based on the DPSMK Teaching Factory parameters. This research was conducted at State Vocational High School of PGRI Subang by using qualitative method and Discrepancy Model of evaluation model. Participants in this study were the PGRI Subang School of Vocational School, including the Head of Business and Motorcycle Engineering Study Program (TBSM) and Head of the SMK PGRI Subang Teaching Factory Workshop This research was recommended by the school to focus on lab workshop parameters. Technical data by using Semistructure Interview, observation and documention. Based on the results of the research gap in the TBSM SMK PGRI Subang Workshop, among others are found in : 1) The Equipment Component found a gap that efforts to meet the ready-to-use facility indicators have not been carried out properly, because there were no and no Checksheet Piping Systems, Bike lifts and Checksheet Mechanic Truster Tools every day. Standardized Facility Indicators have not been fulfilled because there are no Inspections carried out on the FRL and Piping System namely Standard Pressure, Water Condition, Lubricant and Bikelift Work Function. 2) Gaps in the Component of Governance in the Use of Equipment gaps exist in the absence of SOP for lending and use of equipment, and equipment inventory has not been carried out consistently. 3) Gaps in the Maintenance, Repair & Calibration (MRC) Management Components found gaps in the form of no well-structured MRC management, facilities not standard and ready to use, no maintenance cards on the machine, and no MRC history data 4) Gaps in the Implementation component of K3 gaps were found not equipped with K3 symbols in each room and type of work.
