Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan tentang pengaruh peran mandor terhadap motivasi tukang pada bangungan tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran peran mandor pada bangunan gedung tidak sederhana, untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi tukang pada bangunan gedung tidak sederhana, serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh peran mandor terhadap motivasi tukang pada bangunan gedung tidak sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket tentang peran mandor (variabel X) dan motivasi tukang (variabel Y). Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 61 responden yang merupakan tukang dan site manager di PT.Tricipta Makmur Mandiri, PT Dawa Daya Kahuripan dan PT. Pulau Intan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kecenderungan, uji signifikansi, dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa gambaran peran mandor pada bangunan gedung tidak sederhana berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai presentasi sebesar 31,148% sedangkan dalam gambaran motivasi tukang pada bangunan gedung tidak sederhana berada dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai presentrasi sebesar 36,066%. Indikator yang paling dominan pada peran mandor yaitu kepemimpinan dan indikator paling dominan pada motivasi tukang yaitu bimbingan atasan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji signifikansi, diperoleh hasil bahwa peran mandor memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi tukang. ;--This study examines the problem of the influence of the role of the foreman on the motivation of builders in building with complex construction. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of the foreman in the complex construction building, so that the description of the motivation of the builder in the complex construction building and the influence the role of the foreman on the motivation of the builder in complex construction building will be known. This study uses a correlation method with a quantitative approach, the instrument that used to collect data consists of the questionnaire. The questionnaire itself made the role of the foreman which as a variable X and the motivation of the craftsman used as a variable Y. The number of respondents in this study is 61 respondents who were builders and site managers at PT.Tricipta Makmur Mandiri, PT Dawa Daya Kahuripan and PT. Intan Island. The data analysis techniques are the trend test, significance test, and simple regression analysis. The results of data processing showed that the indicator of the role of the foreman in the complex construction building in the good category with a percentage rate at 31.148% while the percentage of the indicator of the motivation of the builders in the complex construction building in the medium category is 36.066%. The most dominant indicator on the role of the foreman is leadership and the most dominant indicator on the motivation of the buiders is guidance by superior. Based on the results of the calculation of the significance test, the results showed that the role of the foreman has a positive and significant effect to the motivate the builders.
