Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas V SDN SBG. Hal ini disebabkan karena aktivitas pembelajaran berpusat pada guru dan pembelajaran menggunakan metode ceramah dan siswa kurang dibiasakan belajar secara kelompok. Maka, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa, peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas V SDN SBG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Taggart. Subjek berjumlah 32 siswa kelas V SDN SBG. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Data kuantatif menggunakan analisis statistik deskripstif yang menggunakan presentase dan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas V SDN SBG.; This research is based on low skills of fifth-grade in cooperation skills. It caused by the learning activity is centered on teachers and students which are only using speech methods and students are less accustomed to learning. Thus, to improve student cooperation skills, the researcher uses the cooperative learning model of the tournament games type to enhance the teamwork skill of fifth-grade primary school of SDN SBG. The research method is the class action research (PTK) model of Kemmis and Taggart. The subject is 32 fifth graders. The instrument of this research consisted of a teacher and student activity observation sheet. Data collected through observation techniques, field notes and documentation. Qualitative data were analyzed using Miles and Hubermens’s data analysis which consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Quantitative data uses a descriptive statistical analysis that uses precentages and averages. The results of this study indicate that the application of the cooperative games model temas games tournament can improve the collaboration skills of fifth-grade students at SDN SBG.
