Abstract
Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Bandung meningkat setiap tahunnya akan tetapi belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan belanja operasional daerahnya. Industri pariwisata diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap PAD melalui Pajak Hiburan, Pajak Hotel dan Pajak Restoran Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk menganalisis dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penerimaan daerah dari sektor pariwisata yaitu jumlah kunjungan wisatawan terhadap Pajak Hiburan, Pajak Hotel, Pajak Restoran dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan daerah Kota Bandung pada periode tahun 2005-2012 yang diperoleh dari dinas Pelayanan Pajak dan data kunjungan wisatawan yang diperoleh dari Dinas Budaya dan Pariwisata Kota Bandung. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bersifat menjelaskan dan metode kausalitas yang bersifat menentukan pengaruh. Dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kunjungan Wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pajak Hiburan sebesar 63,8%, tePajak Hotel sebesar 64,6%, Pajak Restoran sebesar 80,4%,dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sebesar 52,9%. Pemerintah Kota Bandung dituntut untuk terus menggali dan mengelola potensi pariwisata yang dimiliki sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Karena, Industri pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang diandalkan bagi penerimaan daerah, Kata kunci: kunjungan wisatawan, pajak hiburan, pajak hotel, pajak restoran, pendapatan asli daerah Revenue Regional (PAD) Bandung increasing every year but have not been able to meet the needs of a local operational expenditures. The tourism industry is expected to provide a significant contribution to PAD through Entertainment Tax, Tax Hotel Tax and Restaurant Tax. This study intended to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of one of the factors that can affect the reception area of the tourism sector which is the number of tourist arrivals to the Entertainment Tax, Taxes,Tax and Revenue Regional Restaurant. Sources of data used in this study are the financial statements of Bandung in the period 2005-2012 were obtained from the Department of Tax and tourist traffic data obtained from the Department of Culture and Tourism of the city of Bandung. The design of this study used descriptive and explanatory nature of the causality method to determine the influence. By using the product moment correlation analysis. The results showed that the number of visits Travelers positive and significant effect of the Entertainment Tax of 63.8%, amounting to 64.6% hotel tax, restaurant tax of 80.4%, and revenue regional (PAD) of 52.9%.
