Abstract

Fenomena dikotomi ilmu umum dan ilmu agama dalam teori dan praktek pendidikan di Indonesia menyebabkan berbagai macam problematika, salah satunya pembelajaran pragmentaris yang mengakibatkan berbagai macam kenakalan peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan model hipotetik integrasi nilai – nilai Islam pada pembelajaran sosiologi dalam membina karakter Islami berdasarkan penelitian lapangan di SMA PGII 2 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif jenis studi kasus. Peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen utama. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, display data, koding, interpretasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji kredibilitas data dengan memperpanjang waktu penelitian, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi, menggunakan bahan referensi, member check, dan focus group discussion. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tujuan integrasi nilai – nilai Islam pada pembelajaran sosiologi di SMA PGII 2 Bandung dalam membina akhlak al-Karimah merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengintegrasikan ilmu dan karakter, sehingga akan menguatkan dalam membina generasi yang sholeh, cerdas, bermanfaat bagi diri dan lingkungannya. Ditinjau dari perencanaan, karakteristiknya baru integrasi justifikasi materi sosiologi dengan ayat-ayat Alquran. Ditinjau dari pelaksanaan, integrasi baru bersifat tataran kurikulum dan kultur pembelajaran secara parsial. Ditinjau dari evaluasi, pelaksanaan evaluasi pengetahuan masih mendominasi dan belum terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Ditinjau dari keberhasilan, integrasi berhasil dalam tataran justifikasi materi sosiologi dengan ayat-ayat Alquran. Adapun dalam tataran pengembangan karakter sikap, mesti ditingkatkan kembali tidak boleh netral dari nilai-nilai Islam. Implikasinya, mesti ada upaya melakukan integrasi mulai ranah epistemologi ilmu sosiologi, mengoreksi konsep-konsep sosiologi yang berasal dari barat jika bertentangan dengan konsep ajaran Islam, dan memahami relevansi Islam dengan sosiologi. Dalam tataran implementasi, perencanaan integrasi mesti dilakukan secara sistematik dalam ranah kurikulum, substansi materi, metode pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran, dan kultur pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Integrasi, Karakter Islami, Nilai-Nilai Islam, Pembelajaran Sosiologi, SMA PGII 2 Bandung. ------ The phenomenon of the dichotomy between general science and religious one in the realms of educational theories and practices in Indonesia in fact led to a series of various issues. In particular, one of these issues is the learning fragmentary which results in various kinds of student delinquency. The purpose of this study is to discover a hypothetical model of the integration of Islamic values in the study of sociology in order to foster Islamic characters based on the field study conducted at SMA PGII 2 Bandung. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method in the form of case study. In this study, the researcher acted as the main instrument. In addition, interviews, observation, and study documentation were employed as a means of data collection techniques. The data was also analyzed using data reduction, data display, coding, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, the test data credibility was carried out by extending research time, increasing perseverance, using triangulation, using reference materials, member checks, and focus group discussions. Based on the results of the study, the primary objective of integrating Islamic values in sociology learning at SMA PGII 2 Bandung in order to foster Akhlak al-Karimah (excellent character and conduct) was regarded as an effort to integrate knowledge and characters. Therefore, it would be a means of strengthening the process of fostering a pious, intelligent, and beneficial generation for themselves and their environment. With respect to the planning, the characteristics were just integration of justification of sociological materials with the verses of the Quran. In regard to its implementation, the new integration was in fact in the form of partial curriculum and learning culture. Additionally, with respect to the evaluation, the implementation of knowledge evaluation was still dominant and was not yet integrated with the Islamic values. Then, in regard to the achievement, the integration was successfully implemented at the level of justification of sociological materials with Qur'anic verses. Particularly, in the level of attitude character development, this portion undeniably should be improved and it should not be neutral from the Islamic values. In regard to its implication, there had to be integration among the epistemological realms of sociology, correcting western sociological concepts which were contradictory with the concept of Islamic teachings, and understanding the relevance of Islam to the study of sociology. Then, at the level of integration planning implementation, it should be carried out systematically in the realms of curriculum, material substance, learning methods, learning evaluation, and learning cultures.
