Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya indikasi kesiapan kerja siswa yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) gambaran pengalaman praktik kerja industri siswa, (2) gambaran kesiapan kerja siswa, (3)
pengaruh pengalaman Prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Puragabaya Bandung. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey, pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dan metode penelitian desktiptif verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Puragabaya
Bandung yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran Prakerin sebanyak 76 orang siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sensus. Sehingga semua populasi akan
dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov,
dan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Kemudian pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji signifikansi (uji t). Hasil penelitian menyatakan
bahwa : 1) Pengalaman Prakerin siswa berada dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 38,16% 2) Kesiapan kerja siswa berada dalam kategori sedang sebesar 39,47% 3)
Pengalaman Prakerin memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi di SMK Puragabaya Bandung dengan
koefisien determinasi sebesar 29,38%. Kemudian hasil menunjukkan bahwa thitung >ttabel atau 5,5465484618>1,66543 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Maka
pengalaman Prakerin memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi di SMK Puragabaya Bandung.

This research were based on the indication of low students work readiness. This study were aimed to explain : (1) description of students industrial work practice experience, (2) description of students work readiness,
(3) influence of industrial work practice experience toward work readiness of class XII Accounting at Puragabaya Vocational High School Bandung. The design of this study was using survey research, quantitative research approach,
and descriptive verificative research method. The population of this study was all students of Class XII Accounting at Puragabaya Vocational High School Bandung who had completed industrial work practice learning which ammounted to 76 students. This study was a census study. Thus, all the population will become the
samples. The data collection techniques were using questionnaires. Furthermore, the data analysis tehniques were using descriptive analysis, Kolmogorov Smirnov test of normality, and Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. Then, the test of research hypothesis were using significance test (t test). The results of this research stated that: 1) Industrial work practice experience was in the medium category which ammounted 38,16%, 2) Students work readiness was in the medium category which ammounted 39,47%, 3) Industrial work practice
experience has a positive influence toward students' work readiness of Class XII Accounting at Puragabaya Vocational High School Bandung with the coefficient
of determination 29,38%. Then the result showed that tcount>ttable or 5,5465484618>1,66543 at 5% significance level. Therefore, industrial work practice
experience has a positive influence toward students work readiness of Class XII Accounting at Puragabaya Vocational High School Bandung.
