Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI IPS 1 SMAN 23 Garut kurangnya wawasan tentang sejarah lokal di sekolah tersebut. Siswa menganggap bahwa pelajaran sejarah agak terlalu membosankan, sehingga mengabaikan tentang pelajaran sejarah itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini sebaiknya guru mampu mengeksplorasi pemahaman siswa dan membangun pemahaman dari pengalaman mereka. Dari identifikasi keadaan pembelajaran tersebut, maka permasalahan utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menerapkan sejarah KH Mustafa Kamil melalui pendekatan saintifik dengan pertanyaan penelitian meliputi; pertama, bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran sejarah yang dilakukan? Kedua, bagaimana pelaksanaan penerapan sejarah KH Mustafa Kamil? ketiga, apa kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa? keempat, bagaimana wujud sejarah dengan menerapkan sejarah KH Mustafa Kamil untuk meningkatkannya? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk penerapan sejarah pada siswa di kelas XI IPS I SMAN 23 Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara dan dokumen. Berdasarkan pertanyaan penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: pertama, perencanaan penelitian diisi dengan mempersiapkan perijinan, menyusun RPP, mempersiapkan media pembelajaran. Kedua, penelitian ini dilakukan tiga siklus dengan 12 tindakan. Ketiga, kendala yang dihadapai oleh guru mitra dan siswa adalah : 1) munculnya kompleksitas dan Triabilitas 2) sedikitnya referensi mengenai sejarah KH Mustafa Kamil) kurangya keaktifan peserta didik kurangnya kemampuan adaptasi terhadap metode yang diterapkan. Keempat, fungsi sejarah pada siswa mengalami peningkatan, diperlihatkan dengan data yang diperoleh berdasarkan indikator fungsi kesadaran sejarah. Kata Kunci: KH Mustafa Kamil, Pendekatan Saintifik, Sejarah Lokal ------ This research was motivated by the history of learning in class XI IPS 1, SMAN 23 Garut, lack of insight into local history at the school. Students assume that history lessons are a bit too boring, so they ignore the history lesson itself. In this case the teacher should be able to explore students' understanding and build understanding from their experience. From identifying the state of learning, the main problem of this research is how to apply the history of KH Mustafa Kamil through a scientific approach with research questions including; First, how is the history learning plan carried out? Second, how is the implementation of the history of KH Mustafa Kamil implemented? third, what are the obstacles faced by teachers and students? fourth, what is the form of history by applying the history of KH Mustafa Kamil to improve it? The purpose of this study is to apply history to students in class XI IPS I SMAN 23 Garut. The research method used is the Class Action Research method using data collection techniques in the form of observations, field notes, interviews and documents. Based on the research questions, the following results are obtained: first, the research plan is filled with preparing permits, preparing lesson plans, preparing learning media. Second, this study was conducted in three cycles with 12 actions. Third, the constraints faced by partner teachers and students are: 1) the emergence of complexity and Triability 2) at least references to the history of KH Mustafa Kamil) lack of activity of students lack of adaptive ability to the methods applied.
