Abstract

Deiksis yang merupakan acuan dalam sebuah tuturan menjadi salah satu elemen penting untuk diperhatikan dalam berkomunikasi. Deiksis merupakan salah satu kajian dalam bidang pragmatik yang dapat ditemukan dalam percakapan antartokoh dalam film. Fokus penelitian ini merupakan bentuk dan fungsi deiksis yang terdapat dalam film Ma Vie de Courgette karya Claude Barras. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan yang dimiliki oleh penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengkaji bentuk dan fungsi deiksis yang terdapat pada film Ma Vie de Courgette karya Claude Barras; dan 2) mengkaji intensitas bentuk dan fungsi deiksis yang muncul dalam film Ma Vie de Courgette karya Claude Barras. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tuturan dalam film serta objek dalam penelitian ini adalah leksikon deiksis yang terkandung dalam film. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak, teknik sadap, dan teknik catat pada tahap pengumpulan data. Pada tahap analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pilah unsur penentu (PUP) dan teknik hubung banding menyamakan (HBS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, film Ma Vie de Courgette karya Claude Barras memiliki 4 bentuk deiksis yaitu bentuk deiksis orang dan sosial, deiksis waktu, deiksis tempat, dan deiksis wacana. Keempat fungsi tersebut tersebar ke dalam berbagai fungsi yang beragam, diantaranya adalah fungsi referensial, fungsi emotif, fungsi konatif, fungsi fatis, dan fungsi puitis. Dalam penelitian ini, tidak ditemukan bentuk deiksis yang memiliki fungsi metalingual. Bentuk deiksis orang dan sosial dengan fungsi referensial merupakan bentuk dan fungsi deiksis dengan jumlah tertinggi yang terkandung dalam film.;-- This study attempts to explores the form and function of the deixis contained in the film Ma Vie de Courgette by Claude Barras. Deixis is a reference in a speech that becomes one of the important elements to be considered in communicating. The focus of this research is the form and function of the deixis that appears in every speech in the film. This study uses a qualitative approach. The method used in this study is observation, tapping technique, and note-talking techniques at the data collection stage. In the data analysis phase, this study uses sort the determinant technique and the connection appeal equates technique. Based on the results of the study, there are 4 forms of deixis appeared in this film, namely déixis of person and social, deixis of time, deixis of the place, and deixis of discourse. These four forms have diverse functions, namely referential, emotive, conative, and phatic functions. In this study, there were no forms of deixis which had metalinguistic function and poetic function. The form of deixis of person and social with referential function is the form and function of deixis the most frequent. This research has implications in enriching scientific treasures linguistics and research in the pragmatic field, especially about deixis.
