Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif untuk meneliti keterampilan sosial peserta didik tunarungu di Sekolah Dasar Swasta Dewi Sartika Kelas V. dengan rumusan masalah (1) bagaimana kondisi objektif keterampilan sosial peserta didik tunarungu kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Dewi Sartika Bandung (2) Bagaimana kondisi objektif metode pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan untuk keterampilan sosial peserta didik tunarungu kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Dewi Sartika Bandung (3) Bagaimana draft metode pembelajaran kooperatif untuk keterampilan sosial peserta didik tunarungu kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Dewi Sartika Bandung (4) Bagaimana draft hasil validasi metode pembelajaran kooperatif untuk keterampilan sosial peserta didik tunarungu kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Dewi Sartika Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, data yang dianalisis adalah hasil wawancara, hasil observasi dan dokumentasi pada keterampilan sosial peserta didik tunarungu dan metode pembelajaran yang terapkan oleh guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari variabel keterampilan sosial dengan aspek kerjasama, asersi, tanggungjawab, empati dan kontrol diri masih ada kekurangan yang disebabkan oleh hambatan komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik tunarungu. Kemudian metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru masih perlu dikembangkan lagi disesuaikan dengan kondisi keterampilan sosial peserta didik tunarungu dan adaptasi dari teori metode pembelajaran kooperatif. Peneliti melakukan pengembangan metode pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis komunitas yang melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, orang tua dan teman sebaya dalam penerapannya.;-- This research is a qualitative research to examine the social skills of deaf students in Dewi Sartika Class V. Private Elementary School with the formulation of the problem (1) how is the objective condition of social skills of fifth grade deaf students in Dewi Sartika Elementary School Bandung (2) What is the objective condition of the method learning carried out for social skills of fifth grade deaf students in Dewi Sartika Elementary School Bandung (3) How is the draft of cooperative learning method for social skills of fifth grade deaf students in Dewi Sartika Elementary School Bandung (4) How is the draft validation of cooperative learning methods for social skills of fifth grade deaf students in Dewi Sartika Elementary School Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, the data analyzed are the results of interviews, the results of observation and documentation on the social skills of deaf students and the learning methods applied by the teacher. The results showed that from the variables of social skills with aspects of cooperation, assertion, responsibility, empathy and self-control there were still deficiencies caused by the communication barriers of deaf students. Then the learning method applied by the teacher still needs to be developed again according to the conditions of social skills of deaf students and adaptation of the theory of cooperative learning methods. Researchers develop community-based cooperative learning methods that involve teachers, principals, parents and peers in their application.
