Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kesehatan Pengorganisasian Sumber Daya Sekolah terhadap Mutu Sekolah di SMP se-Kota Cimahi”. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel X (Kesehatan Pengorganisasian) dan variabel Y (Mutu Sekolah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi kesehatan pengorganisasian sumber daya sekolah di Kota Cimahi, serta mengidentifikasi pengaruh kesehatan pengorganisasian sumber daya sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Tata Usaha, Guru dan Komite Sekolah di SMP se-Kota Cimahi. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner/angket. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan uji normalitas, diketahui bahwa data yang terkumpul untuk variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal. Hasil penghitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukkan gambaran Kesehatan Pengorganisasian (Variabel X) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 3,51 dan Mutu Sekolah (variabel Y) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 3,57. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa Kesehatan Pengorganisasian Sumber Daya Sekolah berpengaruh kuat terhadap Mutu Sekolah (rXY= 0,773). Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan kedua variabel memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan sebesar 6,995, hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 59,7%, serta hasil analisis regresi sederhana yaitu Y ̂= 11,356 + 0,773X yang bersifat signifikan dan linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kesehatan Pengorganisasian Sumber Daya Sekolah terhadap Mutu Sekolah berpengaruh kuat dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Sekolah di SMP se-Kota Cimahi.;--This research is titled “The Health Influence of Resources School Organizing Against The School Quality in Cimahi’s Junior High Schools”. This research is consisted of two variables which are X variable (Organizing Health) and Y variable (School Quality). Generally, the goal of this research is to know the school resource organizing health condition in Cimahi, as well as to identify the influence of school resource organizing health have toward the school quality. This research uses descriptive method and quantitative approach. The population in this research are the Headmaster, the School Administration, and the School Committee in Cimahi’s middle schools. This research uses questionnaire as a data gathering device. Based on the normality test calculation result, it is shown that the data gathered for the X variable and the Y variable has a normal distribution. Based on the calculation result using the Weight Means Score (WMS) formula, the Organizing Health (X variable) is on the very high category with the average score of 3,51 and School Quality (Y variable) is on the very high category with the average score of 3,57. From the research analysis result, it is shown that the school resource organizing health has an impact toward the school quality which can be seen from the strong correlation test result of (rxy=0,773). Followed by the significancy test result that shows that the two variables has a significant contribution of 6,995, determination coefficient test result of 59,7%, as well as simple regression analysis result of Y= 11,356 + 0,773X that has a significant and linear effect. Based on the research result above, it can be concluded that school resource organizing health has a strong and significant influence toward school quality in Cimahi’s middle schools.
