Abstract

Fenomena maraknya kasus atau pelanggaran yang terjadi dalam lingkungan kerja disebabkan karena kurangnya profesionalitas karyawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Oleh karena itu character building training dibuat oleh PT Duta Transformasi Insani sebagai upaya memecahkan permasalahan profesionalitas yang tidak hanya diukur dari kecerdasan dan keterampilan, melainkan perlu dibentuk karakter BAKU (baik dan kuat). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyelenggaraan character building training. Teori yang digunakan adalah konsep pelatihan dan pelatihan sebagai satuan pendidikan luar sekolah dengan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, serta uji keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber data dan teknik. Analisis data dalam penelitian yaitu dengan reduksi, display, dan verifikasi data. Subjek penelitian berjumlah enam orang informan yaitu penyelenggara pelatihan, project officer, HRD BNI Syariah, instruktur, dan dua orang peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian yang diperolah adalah 1) Kegiatan yang dilakukan sebelum melaksanakan character building training yaitu adanya perencanaan dengan mengkolaborasikan konsep Duta Transformasi Insani dengan kebutuhan BNI Syariah, dilanjutkan adanya proses persiapan. 2) Pelaksanaan character building training mengkolaborasikan kegiatan semi militer dengan manajemen qalbu Daarut Tauhid, sehingga banyak penerapan nilai-nilai untuk terbentuknya karakter BAKU. 3) Evaluasi dilakukan mencakup sarana prasarana, akomodasi, perangkat pelatihan dan penilaian tambahan untuk pemateri dan personal report peserta berupa penilaian sikap. Namun tidak adanya penilaian terhadap kognitif dan psikomotor peserta serta tidak adanya evaluasi pasca pelatihan. 4) Faktor pendukungnya yaitu memiliki keunikan dengan konsep manajemen qalbu daarut tauhid, adanya personal report, sumber daya yang memadai, dan pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan pasar. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu pembuatan fasilitas tidak tepat waktu, sulitnya mencari tempat dan menentukan pemateri, panitia kurang cakap, dan kondisi alam yang sulit untuk diprediksi.;--The phenomenon of rampant cases or violations that occur in the work environment due to lack of professionalism of employees in carrying out their duties. Therefore, character building training is made by PT Duta Transformasi Insani as an effort to solve professionalism problem that is not only measured from intelligence and skill, but it needs to be formed BAKU character (good and strong). The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of character building training. The theory used is the concept of training and training as a unit of education outside the school with descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observations, documentation studies, and data validity test through triangulation of data sources and techniques. Data analysis in research is by reduction, display, and data verification. The subjects were six informants: training organizer, project officer, BNI Syariah HRD, instructor, and two trainees. The results of the research are 1) Activities undertaken prior to implementing character building training that is the planning by collaborating the concept of Transformation Duta Insani with the needs of BNI Syariah, continued the preparation process. 2) Implementation of character building training to collaborate semi-military activities with the management of qalbu Daarut Tauhid, so that many application of values for the formation of BAKU characters. 3) Evaluation shall be conducted covering infrastructure, accommodation, training equipment and additional assessment for the speaker and personal report of the participants in the form of attitude assessment. However, there was no assessment of cognitive and psychomotor participants and no post-training evaluation. 4) Supporting factors that have uniqueness with the concept of qalbu management daarut tauhid, the personal report, adequate resources, and training according to market needs. While the inhibiting factors of making facilities not on time, difficulty finding places and determine the speaker, the committee is less proficient, and the natural conditions are difficult to predict.
