Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan alat ukur antropometri dan vertical jump yang terintegrasi komputer. Partisipan penelitian adalah 42 mahasiswa dengan usia 18 - 21 tahun. Desain penelitian menggunakan counterbalanced design dengan menggunakan block randomization. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Integrated Antrhopometric Test (IAT) untuk mengukur berat badan (BB), tinggi badan (TB), panjang rentang lengan (RL), panjang tungkai (PT), dan vertical jump (VJ) dalam satu rangkaian alat dan dibandingkan dengan Standart Anthropometric Test (SAT) yang terbagi menjadi dua kategori yaitu SAT 1 berupa satu alat ukur berat badan dan tinggi badan merk seca, meteran tape untuk mengukur panjang rentang lengan dan panjang tungkai, dan Jump–DF untuk mengukur tinggi loncatan, dan SAT 2 berupa alat ukur manual untuk mengukur berat badan, tinggi badan, panjang rentang lengan, panjang tungkai, dan papan blok vertical jump (VJ) untuk mengukur tinggi loncatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengukuran IAT dibandingkan SAT 1 dan SAT 2 mempunyai nilai validitas BB sebesar 0.996;0.994, TB sebesar 0.991;0.969, RL sebesar 0.794;0.820, PT sebesar 0.638;0.745, dan VJ sebesar 0.838;0.903 dengan P<0.01 serta total durasi pengukuran IAT sebanyak 36 menit 18 detik, SAT 1 sebanyak 1 jam 2 menit 45 detik, dan SAT 2 sebanyak 1 jam 7 menit 27 detik. Kesimpulannya adalah Integrated Antrhopometric Test (IAT) mempunyai nilai validitas pada kategori sangat tinggi untuk pengukuran BB, TB, dan VJ, dan kategori tinggi untuk pengukuran RL dan PT sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur antropometri dan vertical jump serta mempunyai tingkat keefektifan yang baik dilihat dari durasi pengukuran yang lebih singkat.;-- This study aims to determine the effectiveness of integrated anthropometry and vertical jump measuring connecting with computer devices. Participants in this study were 42 students with ages 18-21 years. The research design uses counterbalanced design using block randomization. The instrument used is the Integrated Anthropometric Test (IAT) to measure weight (BB), height (TB), arm span (RL), leg length (PT), and vertical jump (VJ) in a set of tools and compared to Standard Anthropometric Test (SAT) which is divided into two categories, namely SAT 1 in the form of a brand weight and height measurement instrument, tape meter to measure the length of the arm and leg length, and Jump-DF to measure jump height, and SAT 2 in the form of Manual measuring instrument for measuring body weight, height, arm span, leg length, and vertical jump (VJ) block board to measure jump height. The results showed IAT measurements compared to SAT 1 and SAT 2 had a value of BB validity of 0.996, 0.994, TB of 0.991, 0.969, RL of 0.794, 0.820, PT of 0.638, 0.745, and VJ of 0.838; 0.903 with P <0.01 and total the duration of IAT measurement was 36 minutes 18 seconds, SAT 1 was 1 hour 2 minutes 45 seconds, and SAT 2 was 1 hour 7 minutes 27 seconds. This study conclude that the Integrated Anthropometric Test (IAT) has a validity value in the very high category for BB, TB, and VJ measurements, and the high category for RL and PT measurements so that it can be used as an anthropometry and vertical jump measurement tool and has a good level of effectiveness seen from shorter measurement duration.
