Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingkat pengangguran terbuka Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan menyumbang angka yang cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 8,92 persen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan self-efficacy terhadap keterampilan kewirausahaan dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 212 siswa dengan sampel penelitian 68 siswa yang didapat dengan melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang berjumlah 39 pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pengalaman praktik kerja industri siswa SMK N 4 Bandung dan siswa SMK N 13 Bandung secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Entepreneurship skill, 2) Self-Efficacy siswa SMK N 4 Bandung dan siswa SMK N 13 Bandung secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Entepreneurship skill, 3) Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri dan Self-efficacy memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurship skill. Menurut hasil perhitungan analisis koefesien determinasi, pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap Entepreneurship skill sebesar 26,41%. Sedangkan self-efficacy sebesar 10,1 % terhadap entrepreneurship skill, sedangkan sisanya 89,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. ----- This research is motivated by the open unemployment rate of Vocational High Schools which contributes a fairly high number of 8.92 percent. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of industry work experience and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial skills and how much they influence. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population of this study was 212 students with a sample of 68 students obtained through proportional random sampling techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires totaling 39 questions. The results of this study are: 1) Experience of industrial work practices of Bandung Vocational High School 4 students and Bandung Vocational High School 13 students significantly influence the Entepreneurship skill, 2) Self-Efficacy of SMK N 4 Bandung students and SMK N 13 Bandung students significantly influence towards Entepreneurship skills, 3) Experience of Industrial Work Practices and Self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship skills. According to the results of the calculation of determination coefficient analysis, the experience of industrial work practices towards Entepreneurship skills is 26.41%. While self-efficacy is 10.1% towards entrepreneurship skills, while the remaining 89.9% is influenced by other factors.
