Abstract

Salah satu bagian penting dalam sesuatu pekerjaan di perusahaan, laboratorium, maupun bengkel adalah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan memiliki tujuan untuk menyiapkan siswa yang mampu bekerja pada bidang tertentu dengan cara membentuk sumber daya manusia yang harus memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang K3. Dalam penelitian ini penulis bermaksud untuk mengetahui: 1) Pelaksanaan K3 dalam praktik Instalasi Penerangan Listrik di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) KTL.IK02.118.01 2) Pengetahuan siswa tentang K3 dalam pelaksaaan praktik instalasi penerangan listrik di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung 3) Sikap siswa terhadap pelaksaaan K3 pada saat praktik instalasi penerangan listrik di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri 4 Bandung. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan merupakan test, wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pelaksanaan K3 pada praktik Instalasi Penerangan Listrik telah sesuai dengan standar pelaksanaan K3yang merujuk kepada SKKNI KTL.IK02.118.01. Namun perlu adanya hal-hal yang harus ditingkatkan 2) Secara umum, siswa telah memahami tentang K3. Namun masih ada beberapa kriteria pemahaman unjuk kerja yang perlu ditingkatkan3) Siswa telah mengetahui tentang K3 pada praktikum instalasi penerangan listrik, namun dalam pelaksanaannya sikap siswa belum seutuhnya sadar untuk menerapkannya. ----- One important part of a job in a laboratory or workshop company is the Occupational Safety and Health. Vocational High School to prepare those who are able to work in certain fields by forming human resources that must be have knowledge and understanding about K3. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) K3 implementation in the practice of Electric Lighting Installation at SMK Negeri 4 Bandung is in accordance with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) KTL.IK02.118.01, 2) Students' knowledge of K3 in the implementation of lighting installation practices electricity at SMK Negeri 4 Bandung 3) Attitudes of students towards the implementation of K3 during the practice of electric lighting installation at SMK Negeri 4 Bandung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this research were students of XI grade Electrical Installation Engineering of SMK Negeri 4 Bandung. The research instruments used were test, in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The analytical techniques used are Miles and Huberman. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The K3 implementation in the practice of the Electric Lighting Installation has adjusted to the implementation of K3 industry which refers to the SKKNI KTL.IK02.118.01. However, there are thing that needs to be improved. 2) In general, students understand about K3, but there are still some criteria for understanding the performance that need to be improved. 3) Student have known about K3 in the electrical lighting installation practice, but in practice the students attitudes were not fully aware of apply them.
