Abstract
Masalah penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru di sekolah. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu variabel komitmen organisasi, variabel disiplin kerja, dan variabel kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah guru SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi. Komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun secara parsial.;--The Problem in this research is having not optimal performance of teacher in school. Focus of the research is directed to factors influenced teacher performance. Organizational commitment and work discipline are factors that thought to have influence on teacher performance. Based on this research, examines three variables, is organizational commitment, work discipline and teacher performance variables. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and work discipline on teacher performance. This research uses survey method. Data collection techniques using quesioner. Respondents are teachers of Vocational High School 2 Cimahi that is as many as 45 people. Data tehniques analyzed using regression analysis. The research result show that organizational commitment, work discipline and teacher performance is an high category. Organizational commitment and work discipline both have a positive and significant influence toward teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously.
