Abstract

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PROGRAM KELUARGA PRASEJAHTERA MENJADI KELUARGA HARAPAN DI KECAMATAN KIARACONDONG Muslikhah 17079411 ABSTRAK Kemiskinan adalah masalah sosial yang hadir di negara-negara berkembang sehingga diperlukan tindakan untuk pengentasan kemiskinan dengan program yang berkelanjutan sebagai salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat. Program Keluarga Harapan merupakan program pemberian dana bantuan tunai kepada RTSM (Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin) sepanjang mereka memenuhi persyaratan yang terkait dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia (SDM) dalam bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pembangunan manusia yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui program keluarga prasejahtera yang dilaksanakan untuk program keluarga harapan di Kecamatan Kiaracondong; (2) untuk mengetahui tingkat daya dukung masing-masing faktor program tersebut dalam program keluarga harapan di Kecamatan Kiaracondong; (3) untuk mengetahui analisis efektivitas faktor utama program keluarga prasejahtera menjadi keluarga harapan di Kecamatan Kiaracondong. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, program keluarga sejahtera yang berjalan secara kontinu, yakni family development session (FDS), bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT), rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH), kartu indonesia pintar (KIP), kartu indonesia sehat (KIS), dan posyandu. Kedua, daya dukung setiap program dalam program keluarga harapan terihat dengan rata-rata sebagai berikut: (1) kartu indonesia pintar (KIP) ; (2) bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT); (3) kartu indonesia sehat (KIS); (4) posyandu; (5) family development session (FDS); (6) rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH). Ketiga, efektivitas faktor utama dari program keluarga prasejahtera adalah program kartu indonesia pintar (KIP), dimana KIP memiliki keunggulan lebih tetapi KIP juga didukung program lainnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi program keluarga prasejahtera menjadi keluarga harapan adalah program family development session (FDS), bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT), rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH), kartu indonesia pintar (KIP), kartu indonesia sehat (KIS), dan posyandu, dimana faktor utama keluarga prasejahtera menjadi keluarga harapan adalah program kartu indonesia pintar (KIP) di Kecamatan Kiaracondong. FACTORS THAT AFFECT PROGRAMS OF PRE-PROSPEROUS FAMILY BECOME FAMILY HOPE IN KIARACONDONG DISTRICT Muslikhah 17079411 ABSTRACT Poverty is a social problem present in developing countries so action is needed to reduce poverty with a sustainable program as one form of community empowerment. The Hope Family Program is a program of giving cash assistance to RTSM (Very Poor Households) as long as they meet the requirements related to efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR) in the field of community empowerment through sustainable human development. The objectives of this study are (1) to find out the underprivileged family programs implemented for the family of hope program in Kiaracondong District; (2) to find out the level of carrying capacity of each of the program factors in the family of hope program in Kiaracondong District; (3) to find out the analysis of the effectiveness of the main factors of underprivileged family programs into families of hope in the Kiaracondong District. In this study using a survey method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are the first, prosperous family program that runs continuously, namely family development session (FDS), non-cash food assistance (BPNT), uninhabitable housing (RTLH), smart Indonesia card (KIP), healthy Indonesia card (KIS) ), and posyandu. The two, carrying capacities of each program in the family program are as follows: (1) smart indonesia card (KIP); (2) non-cash food assistance (BPNT); (3) healthy Indonesia card (KIS); (4) posyandu; (5) family development session (FDS); (6) uninhabitable houses (RTLH). Third, the effectiveness of the main factor of the underprivileged family program is the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) program, where KIP has more advantages but KIP is also supported by other programs. The conclusion from the research the factors that influence the program of poor families into a family of hope are the family development session (FDS) program, non-cash food assistance (BPNT), uninhabitable housing (RTLH), smart Indonesia card (KIP), healthy Indonesia card (KIS), and posyandu, where the main factor of underprivileged families becoming a family of hope is the smart Indonesia card program (KIP) in Kiaracondong district.
