Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model Regresi Zero-Truncated Negative Binomial dalam mengatasi masalah overdispersi pada Regresi Poisson dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap banyak kematian bayi di Kota Cimahi tahun 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode terapan, karena berfokus pada penerapan model Regresi Zero-Truncated Negative Binomial terhadap kasus banyak kematian bayi di Kota Cimahi tahun 2017. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, dengan variabel prediktor yang digunakan yaitu persentase bayi berat lahir rendah (BBLR) 〖(X〗_1), persentase bayi yang diberi ASI eksklusif 〖(X〗_2), persentase pemberian vitamin A pada bayi 〖(X〗_3), persentase imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi 〖(X〗_4), dan persentase persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan〖(X〗_6), diperoleh model Regresi Zero-Truncated Negative Binomial terhadap kasus banyak kematian bayi di Kota Cimahi tahun 2017 adalah μ=exp⁡( 1,606551+0,373142X_1-0,007224X_2+0,039156X_3-0,041137X_4-0,019307X_6) Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap banyak kematian bayi di Kota Cimahi tahun 2017 adalah persentase berat badan bayi lahir rendah (BBLR) 〖(X〗_1). Kata kunci : Kematian Bayi, Regresi Poisson, Overdispersi, Regresi Zero-Truncated Negative Binomial. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the application of the Zero-Truncated Negative Binomial Regression model on solving problem of overdispersion in Poisson Regression and to determine which factors affect infant deaths in Cimahi City in 2017. This study used the applied method, because it focused on the application of the Zero-Truncated Negative Binomial Regression model for infant mortality cases in Cimahi City in 2017. Based on the results, the predictor variables used in this case are the percentage of low birth weight babies (LBW) 〖(X〗_1), the percentage of babies given Exclusive breastfeeding 〖(X〗_2), percentage of vitamin A in infants 〖(X〗_3), percentage of complete basic immunization in infants 〖(X〗_4), and percentage of births by health workers 〖(X〗_6), the final Zero-Truncated Negative Binomial Regression model has the following equation: μ=exp⁡( 1,606551+0,373142X_1-0,007224X_2+0,039156X_3-0,041137X_4-0,019307X_6) The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the only factor affects infant deaths in Cimahi City in 2017 is the percentage of low birth weight (LBW) X_1.
