Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model kolaborasi konselor dan guru melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk membangun kultur inklusi sekolah. Untuk mendapatkan hasil pengembangan penelitian ini melalui tiga tahapan. Tahap pertama (first stage), tahap define adalah studi pendahuluan dengan memetakan kebutuhan awal (need assessment). Tujuannya adalah (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan kelompok di sekolah (2) untuk mengetahui kolaborasi konselor dan guru dalam membangun kultur inklusi sekolah. Tahap kedua (second stage) tahap design adalah merumuskan model hipotetik model kolaborasi dan penyusunan draft model. Rumusan ini dilakukan berdasarkan atas kondisi awal pelaksanaan Bimbingan dan Konseling kelompok, kaidah-kaidah ideal dalam mengembangkan model kolaborasi , teori-teori pendukung serta hasil-hasil penelitian yang relevan. Tahap ketiga (third stage), tahap developmt model merumuskan model akhir kolaborasi . rumusan model akhir dilandasi atas dasar hasil kerja kolaborasi setelah dilakukan uji coba secara empirik sesuai dengan tahap-tahap penelitian. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Four-D model dari Thiagarajan. Siswa SMP N 1 Sleman menjadi partisipan. Hasil pelaksanaan penelitian dan pengembangan, pertama, belum ada pola yang jelas kolaborasi konselor dan guru, kedua pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok pada kriteria sedang, dan pemahaman kultur inklusi sekolah pada kriteria tinggi. Kedua, model sebelum diujikan pada subyek, dilakukan penilaian oleh ahli media pembelajaran, ahli materi, dan praktisi di lapangan. Ketiga hasil pengembangan model berupa modul pelatihan kolaborasi konselor dan guru melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk membangun kultur inklusi sekolah. ------- The general goal of this research is to produce a model collaboration of conselors and teachers with group guidance in building culture of school inclusion. To get the results of this research trhougt three stages. The first stage is preliminary study by mapping need assessment. The goal is (1) to know implementation of group guidance service in school, (2) to know counselor and teachers collaboration in building culture of school inclusion. Second stage, the design stage is to formulate a hypothetical model of collaborative model and draft draft model. This formulation is based on the initial conditions oh implementation group guidance ideal rules for developming collaboration, supporting theory and research results. The third stage, final development formulate the final model. Formulate is based on the results of collaborative work done. After being tested empirically in accordance with the stages of the study. This research approach uses the approach Four D-model from Thiagarajan. The junior high school studens of SMP N 1 to becomes participans. The results of the implementation of research and development , first there is no clear pattern of collaboration between counselor and teacher, second the implementation of group guidance on medium criteria and understanding of school inclusion of high criteria.the model before being tested on the subject, is carried out. Second, the model before being tested on the subject is assessed by material experts and practitioners in the field. Third, the results of the development of the model is the form training modul collaboration counselor and teachers in building school inclusion.
