Abstract

Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, bahan ajar memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi pendidik maupun peserta didik. Salah satu bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran adalah modul. Modul merupakan bahan ajar cetak yang dirancang untuk dapat dipelajari secara mandiri oleh peserta pembelajaran. Materi yang perlu dibuat modul adalah mengenai HACCP, materi HACCP sangat penting untuk diterapkan di industri pangan sehingga siswa SMK APHP wajib menguasai materi tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat modul serta menguji kelayakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah modul bahan ajar HACCP untuk peserta didik Program Keahlian APHP SMK PPN Lembang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XII untuk uji coba skala kecil dan kelas XI untuk uji coba skala besar. Modul dinilai kelayakannya dalam tiga aspek yaitu materi, media, dan bahasa. Hasil penilaian dari validator ahli diperoleh nilai persentase kelayakan untuk ahli materi sebesar 81,81% dengan kriteria “sangat baik/sangat layak”, ahli media sebesar 72,31% dengan kriteria “baik/layak”, dan ahli bahasa sebesar 71,67% dengan kriteria “baik/layak”. Hasil uji coba skala kecil diperoleh nilai persentase kelayakan sebesar 78,8% dengan kriteria “setuju/layak” dan uji coba skala besar diperoleh nilai persentase kelayakan sebesar 72,7% dengan kriteria “setuju/layak”. One of the teaching materials used in learning activities is the module. Modules are printed teaching materials that are designed to be studied independently by learning participants. The materials that needs to be made is about HACCP, HACCP materials is very important to be applied in the food industry so that APHP vocational school students must master the material. The purpose of this research is to create a module and test its feasibility. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research methods. The product produced from this study is the HACCP teaching materials module for student of the PPN Lembang vocational school APHP expertise program. Respondents in this study were class XII for small-scale trials and class XI for large-scale trials. Modules are assessed as being feasible in three aspects, namely material, media, and language. The results of the expert validator’s evaluation showed that the percentage of feasibility for material experts was 81,81% with the criteria“very good/very feasible”, media experts amounted to 72,31% with the criteria “good/feasible”, and linguists amounted to 71,67% with the criteria“good/feasible”. The results of small-scale trials obtained a value of feasibility percentage of 78,8% with the criteria “agreeing/feasible” and a large-scale trials obtained tavalue of feasibility percentage of 72,7% with the criteria“agreeing/feasible”.
