Abstract
Layanan Keuangan Tanpa Kantor Dalam Rangka Keuangan Inklusif yang selanjutnya disebut Laku Pandai adalah kegiatan menyediakan layanan perbankan dan/atau layanan keuangan lainnya yang dilakukan tidak melalui jaringan kantor, namun melalui kerjasama dengan pihak lain dan perlu didukung dengan penggunaan sarana teknologi informasi. Produk yang dapat disediakan oleh Lembaga Jasa Keuangan yang menyelenggarakan Laku Pandai diantaranya tabungan, kredit atau pembiayaan untuk nasabah mikro, asuransi mikro dan produk keuangan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) dan Biaya Operasional sebelum dan sesudah penerapan laku pandai (branchless banking) di bank umum syariah. Sampel yang diteliti adalah 2 perbankan syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan yang telah menyelenggarakan program laku pandai yaitu Bank BRISyariah dan Bank BTPN Syariah. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan metode komparatif dengan menguji perbandingan dua sampel berpasangan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukan Pertumbuhan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) dan Efisiensi Biaya Operasional yang diukur dengan Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) berbeda signifikan sesudah penerapan laku pandai (branchless banking). Dana Pihak Ketiga naik sebesar 30.24% sesudah laku pandai dan efisiensi Biaya Operasional turun sebesar (-9.39%). ;--- Financial services without a branch office in the context of financial inclusion hereinafter called Laku Pandai is the activity of providing banking services and / or other financial services that do not throught a network of offices, but throught cooperation with other parties and need to be supported by used information technology insfrastucture. Product that can be provided by institute of financial services which organized Laku Pandai (branchless banking) include savings account, credit or micro financing for micro customers, micro-insurance and other financial product. This study aimed to analyze comparison Third-Party Funds and Operational Cost before and after the application of Laku Pandai (branchless banking). The sample that used is 2 sharia banks Registered in Financial Fervices Authority who have organized laku pandai program that is BRISyariah and BTPN Syariah.. In this study conducted a comparative method to test pairwise comparison of two samples. The results using Wilcoxon test showed a Third- Party Fund Growth and Operational Cost Efficiency as measured by Operating Cost to Operating Income significantly different after implementation of Laku Pandai (branchless banking). Third Party Fund increased by 30.24% after branchless banking and efficiency Operating Costs lowered by (-9.39).
