Abstract

Bandung mendeklarasikan diri sebagai kota pendidkan Inklusif sehingga anak berkebutuhan khusus bisa bersekolah di sekolah umum di Kota Bandung. Namun dengan hadirnya anak berkebutuhan khusus tersebut belum didukung dengan kemampuan guru untuk mengajar mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pemebelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru di salah satu sekolah di Kota Bandung yang memang telah memiliki pengalaman dalam mengajarkan anak berkebutuhan khusus tunarungu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan studi kasus, peneliti melihat langsung dan menganalisa di lapangan mengenai persiapan guru dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran seni rupa, implementasi pembelajarannya di kelas hingga evaluasi pembelajaran yang telah diberikan oleh guru tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa temuan yang peneliti temui di lapangan mengenai kesulitan guru dalam berkomunikasi dengan anak tunarungu, keterlibatan teman sekelas yang membantu guru dalam berkomunikasi dengan anak tunarungu. Dari segi implementasi pembelajaran anak tunarungu mamapu untuk bekerjasama dengan baik dan tidak memiliki hambatan di wilayah motorik. Melalui evaluasi pembelajaran anak tunarungu mampu untuk mencapai nilai rata-rata kelas. Guru diharapkan lebih mempelajari bahasa isyarat sehingga mampu untuk lebih baik dalam berkomunikasi dengan anak tunarungu serta mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan mengenai pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif. Anak tunarungu di harapkan di dampingi oleh guru pendamping khusus di kelas sehingga mampu membantu guru dalam menjelaskan pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung di kelas.-- Bandung declared itself as a city of Inclusive education so that children with special needs can attend school in public school in Bandung. But with the presence of children with special needs is not supported with the ability of teachers to teach them. This study aims to examine the learning carried out by teachers at one school in the city of Bandung who already has experience in teaching children with special needs deaf. The method used in this study is by case study, the researchers see directly and analyze in the field about the preparation of teachers in preparing the learning of fine arts, the implementation of learning in the classroom until the learning evaluation has been given by the teacher. The results of this study in the form of findings that researchers met in the field about the difficulty of teachers in communicating with children with hearing impairment, the involvement of classmates who help teachers in communicating with children with hearing impairment. In terms of implementation of learning children deaf mamapu to cooperate well and have no obstacles in the motor area. Through the learning evaluation of deaf children are able to achieve grade average grade. Teachers are expected to learn more sign language to be able to better communicate with children with hearing impairment and to attend trainings on the implementation of inclusive education. Deaf children are expected to be accompanied by special escort teachers in the classroom so as to assist the teacher in explaining the ongoing lessons in the classroom.
